Sorry Riverdaleman but I respectfully disagree with you. I was at last nights game and I do not recall Riverdale making any mistakes in the field. The walks came back to haunt the pitchers early but only because Clarksville NE took full advantage of those opportunities. According to the scoreboard Riverdale had only 6 hits, but how many times did they walk? I would say it was somewhere around 10. I do not think Riverdale played poorly, especially considering the weather, but Clarksville NE is a scrappy bunch and you need to give them credit for their effort and not dis them by saying Riverdale had a bad game. Give credit where credit is due.

It is hard to tell much from these scrimmages but it is obvious that their strength is on the mound. They threw 7 solid pitchers and did not use the big kid (injured). They did not appear to hit throughout their lineup but had a couple tough outs. The other side of this is that Riverdale did not throw chopped liver out their either.

He did not lose any teeth but it was a direct shot to the nose. He will need some reconstructive surgery but is doing well and is even joking about his new look.

Wrong again, hicotton. There were 3 girls that attended that night. One was the daughter of Riverdale Asst. Coach Steve Williams - she has every right to watch her dad coach. The other two were her friends. They are also allowed to come watch a game and be with their friends. Charlie says, "If you find yourself in a hole, quit digging. LET IT GO!

In a war Riverdale wins 17-14. P.S. It's fans like "Region4fan" that make beating Oakland so enjoyable. You post with authority but you really have no clue. You have in the past tried to hide your contempt for the Wariors but in recent days your true feelings have been evident for all to see.
