Well... I am very good friends with almost everyone on that team.. and i can tell you that I would never expect to hear anything like that come from anyone of thier mouths... they have the confidence in themselves it takes to win the title!

Softballchick is probably a player on one of the teams that Hickman Co. put out this year in the playoffs... and so now they are trying to make themselves feel better by dogging a great team that shows nothing but class on field... Good Luck ladies... bring that throphy back to us

Losing players like Lance Furman, Cory Dedman, Aaron Cothran, and Adam Stinson can never mean good things for a 2A school.... but I am sure Fairview has players ready to step up. Week 1 should be a good game..... cant wait

I agree with JPATS5, this kid has lead the team to a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP as a sophomore!!! Imagine what this kid could do this year and the year after!!! Maryville needs to stick with the obvious choice!

Marty Wallace from Hickman Co. is probably the best I have seen in a while. He brings power, speed, and finess to the game. Out of 24 games, he has had a hit in 23 of them. I saw him hit a HR opposite field over the right centers 345 sign in Brentwood. He has gotten on base everygame, and that is what a leadoff man is supposed to do. his average is floating around the .398 mark. This guy gets my vote.

May not be the biggest, but Hickman Co. and Fairview have a good one in the making.

I was talking about your Coacht plus star.. not your football star.. lol!!! what are yalls opinions of Hickman Co.? we only lost 3 impact players.. the whole line is back and are at atleast 30 pounds heavier.... there is no telling what is going to happen in this game, and there is no telling what kinds of smack talking is gonna happen in this thread... and thread that has the words FAIRVIEW and HICKMAN always seem to explode!!!! but hey, everyone needs to a good debate sometimes
