Game is Wednesday - 10:00 a.m. Which is never a good time for teen-aged young men to be at their best athletically. It's not that hot in Mphs at this time of year.....they are starting Day 1&2 to early....but what the hey.....move on......and this will be no run-a-way for either team......FHS 1/2/3/4/etc have not given up many earned runs either.

Oakland2001, The smack talk is by non-players.....I will assure you of that. I am a parent and the big talk has come from some of our appreciated, enjoyed, and very vocal loyal fans....I'm sure you guy's have those fellow students who are caught up in the success of your program. Farragut is not overlooking anyone, particularly Middle TN. The state tourney has 8 quality teams......and just like those rumors you hear in the hall at Oakland.....you can't do anything about what someone says about you when your not around. These guys have gotten a good bit of local press here in K-town.....which is very rare for a baseball team in these parts.....and of course, like you competitor's at Riverdale and Blackman....there is trash talk. So with that said..........."Play the game" as Coach Pharr would say.

Good Luck E.T. Webb, Rockwood, Gibbs, Farragut......Let's bring all the hardware back to E. TN.

ATTENTION ADMIRAL's...........turn off your computers.....start studing for the finals you may be taking Monday and Tuesday instead of Wednesday and Thursday. Focus on that and Mo-Town West!

OK Admiral's.....everyboby calm down and start focusing on Maryville. Remember "bat's and balls".....no thats "sticks and stones........." You are great bunch of guys and do not need everyone to tell you so. With success comes criticism. Please return to paying attention to the task at hand. bizazz.......thanks for the encouragement. HVol, It has been a pleasure having you on our side, except for twice that I'm sure of, this year. You have promoted the player's and team at Farragut, as well as KIL baseball and it's players like no other. Thanks....see you around the ballparks.

Tommy, I guess USA Today is like anyother newspaper and depends on people sending them info......Farragut does not send out the info and, I guess, neither does the Knoxville News Sentinal.....the Admiral's ranking in BA came from a local folks who watch and promote local players and their teams.....thank you to those folks.....I guess USA does not do to much research....Farragut's record would get them on there if someone really pushed it, however, that is not what needs to be on their minds right now. So, Admiral's it's Maryville Wednesday.....focus on them.

Wes, Great to hear your sister came through to operation well and is recovering. I know it will be speedy and complete. Well, I wouldn't be puttting on my "Sink the Admiral's" T-shirt yet.....we still have to get past Maryville today. They played a very good game yesterday in beating South-Doyle. I'm glad they burned that Parker fellow yesterday.....he looked a little "green-a-round the gills" yesterday (I heard he was sick) and still pitched a teriffic game.

Even as well kept as Farragut's field is I do not see play on it till.......at best Wednesday. My living room is full of animals just in case we need to find an Ark for them.

Thanks HVol, it was his day yesterday......it will be another Admiral's day on Monday. Plus, you know it true, when your pitcher's are throwing as well as ours are right now....its alot easier to win.

bizazz, We play Sev. Co. at 4:00 and you guy's play South-Doyle at 6:30. Saturday's games are at 10:00 and 12:30....who plays which I'm not sure....Say Hello tomorrow. I will be in the pressbox working the scoreboard.

Focus, intensity, determination......hit the ball, catch the ball, throw the ball....play the one in front of you, all out, at all times....do not look past anyone....pour it on till Coach Pharr says stop.
