Seriously. All he does is spew hate, Riverdale's Coach, ANYTHING Maryville, talks down to everyone like they're second graders and then wonders why they don't respond to him?
W O W
Not sure if anyone caught the second half of the game last week. Called Fulton Farragut about five times in the second half. Austin Price corrected him the first time then just gave up.
Are you talking about past great teams? That one? Like Alcoa BB and Big Dave do all the time? That was a good one and I meant to comment on it. Speaking of which, wonder where the playoff edition of Big Dave is??
Yeah our offense struggled mightily against you guys. Only 550 of offense and it was pretty much 50/50 run and pass.
We did have a bad day holding onto the ball but that happens from time to time. Your spin on things is understandable but if you really feel C-Ville needs 42 to have a chance; then the odds are against them. JMO
Agreed. We had outscored last two opponents 70-14 past two weeks and came away visibly vulnerable evidently. HVA in particularly "beat up" on us. Add to that we are on the pansy end of the state. Just hope we can keep it close.
Great post Stan. When those Pioneers took the field and I saw their roster size I thought wow what a mismatch this really is. Well you can't measure heart and Warren County had plenty of it. Coach had them ready to play and that they did to the final whistle. Followed several WC ladies into the stadium wearing #20 jerseys and he did not disappoint. That guy could play anywhere. Much respect and best of luck to them in the development of that program.
Maryville was a tad flat tonight, but give Warren County credit for playing hard. They came to play. We had two or three red zone turnovers and a td called back on a penalty so we have some things to clean up for sure. Radio announcer on the way home said we had close to 500 yards of offense?
Well it's the byproduct of TSSAA wisdom. Cuts down on travel and teams with significant losing records from being in the playoffs. Forces teams to earn their way into the postseason. Should be a great game.
