man, oakland def. should of gone crazy after winning that game. Heart is what is missing in most baseball games now adays, and oakland and farragut both exhibited that on Saturday night. Its alot of fun to watch two teams leave it all on the field.

Kyle Waldrop from Farragut. Oh yeh Kirkland has really torn up the KIL, you gotta put him up there, i mean gosh, he signed with the Crimson Tide. wow. Scotty Dean is the best catcher in the KIL.

1. Oak Ridge-Well coached, size depth, quickness, shooting, have it all. Disregard loss to Karns, Scott and Thomas werent there. Picked to win it all. 2. Clinton- Size in Morris, Vibbert, and Freeman. Shooting in Whitt. No real leadership though, and lack of guard experience will kill them against good teams. 3. Maryville- If Tipton doesnt kill you then Gaskin will. Either way, lack of guard play will ultimatley beat them. No real point guard. Press would kill them. Andy takes too many jumpers. 4. Farragut- Has as much depth as any team. Has quickness, starting lineup causes mismatch problems for everyone. Talent level on par with Oak Ridge. Thing that kills them is coaching sometimes, and lack of true point guard. Lack of discipline play causes foul trouble. Also team plays in streaks, must play consistently. Gibson, Torrence and Hunter needs even scoring. Bosse must be dominant on boards and block shots. And the bench has to play more. 5.Bearden-Lack of size. What if Holliday gets in foul trouble? Quickest team around and one of the best coached(although i wonder about too much subbing and the WB game) Youth is not good during tournament time although, will be the pick for next year, too many dominant senior in region this year for them to make a real statement. If Dickenson gets hot, Holliday dominates, and Scruggs and McClunie are hittin, will be hard to stop 6.South Doyle-Probably the best coached team on here. If had the talent of Farragut or Clinton, probably would be guaranteed state. Logan Johnson is one of the most unselfish players around. Not a great shooter though, if playing against someone athletic like Gaskin, Scott, Vibbert or Torrence, will get shut down. Burroughs cannot go left, and King is a straight up shooter. Not much athleticism. Get them in a running game and coaching wont matter. The way they shot free-throws against Farragut was unbelievable though . These are the only true challengers. The rest in order-- 7.Karns 8.West 9.Powell 10. William Blount 11. Heritage 12. Halls 13. Campbell County 14. Central 15. Sevier County Imrightyourewrong, how do u feel bout this.... as well as anyone elsw

My rankings, imrightyourewrong, tell me what u think 1. Bradley Central-until they lose, best in state 2. Brainerd-Don't Know alot about them except they haven't lost in a while 3. Clinton- as much as it pains me to say this, they are playing better than everyone right now. Except Bradley. If they had a true point guard, would be guaranteed at least state, but because morris doesnt see the ball enough, will probably be upset by a quick team. 4. Rhea County-If Cooper and Hyatt are as good as advertised then it will be between them and Bradley for Region and Championship. 5. Maryville-Gaskin and Tipton are the best duo in East Tennessee, but when region time comes its a team game. 6. Oak Ridge- probably top 4 team but loss to Karns dropped. Heard Sherrod and Landon wasnt there so that really matters. 7. Jefferson County-If Parker Clement gets his feet set, its in. But lacking in size and overall quickness so probably wont advance past substate. Best team in a weak region. 8. Austin East-well coached run-and gun team who year in is always one of top teams. albert has to step up for team to go far. Needs more size 9. Alcoa-Besides close loss to dominant Oak Ridge team, one of top teams around. 10. Bearden, Farragut-Game on Friday determines who gets this spot. Two of Bearden's losses have come to Farragut, but dominant victories this past week have them on track. Farragut on the other hand is sliding down hill. As much talent as they have, they should not be playing this poor. Part of the reason is the way they practice, ive heard that it is like no rules, and a wrestling match which translate to many fouls in game. The season is not over but this is one of the most talented teams in a while, it will be a shame for the season to go down the drain.

I am a member of the team and i would like to say that bhump had 2 quality posts. There are teams out there that have the ability to beat us with their number one the mound. He made a good point. You never know.

You should definitely lose all posting priveleges with that one. I don't even know what to say. Normally i dont even respond to idiot remarks, but i was so baffled by this post that i have to attempt to put something on here. Please switch names because your username just lost any chance it ever had of getting any credibility. Some people posess a higher knowledge, such as hiwassevol and even FA15, some posess "average knowledge", and some just need to be granted extra years in life in hopes that they may get a clue.
