What do all the teams in district 9aa look like next year? I know CPA loses a lot and MLK

SportsNation, what school are you from. It looks like your from west tennessee i was wondering what you were doing at the CPA-Ezell game. And you can't really take an accurate opinion away from that game because both teams didn't play well at all.

everybody knows that Sikes and Lackey are better than Frey in 9a. Frey is GP's only scorer and he does pad his stats against bad teams. Sikes is back in shape from football and will move ahead of him.

looks like ezell is hurting without him. they got drilled by harpeth. what happened? how did that guy score 39? is he just that good, or did they try to put pitto on him.

can anybody tell me about Heritage. are they just a new school? how good were they last year? Do they have any star players?

Gomab, Crenshaw may have improved his outside game a little but he is still not a good prospect. He is a very good strong highschool player. But he is only about six foot and as you said gets most of his points by muscling people inside. He doesn't have a great outside shot but he is fast and strong. about Bone, he came back at the end of the aau season just for nationals and absolutely tore it up from 3 averaging about 20 ppg. He could be scoring a lot more if Wright wasn't on his team. He's about 6'2 and way stronger than Deion.

you haven't played anybody good what are you getting so excited about. but i guess you might as well get excited about the start of the season because you won't be excited by the end.

I'm from nashville and maybe everyone has heard about CSAS in chattanooga but i have never heard of them for anything. What division do they play in? How big is the school? Is this their first year in a while to be good?

i don't know if you've seen josh bone since his acl injury but he should be a lot higher than 31. I have played with him and Deon Gaines many times and I definantly think Josh is the better shooter and all around player.

David Palmer is a very good prospect even if he hasn't reached his potential yet. He's 6'9, strong, aggressive, can shoot alright and has some handles. He didn't even play basketball in middle school. His first year to play serious basketball was his freshman year. And i heard he was starting at Oak Hill but i'm not sure.

Does anyone know anything about East Lit. this year? how good they are?

since when did temple become the team to beat? CPA beat them by 13 and 19 last year. at the beginning and end of the year.

old hops, memphis (west) is loaded with talent like no one who has only lived in east tenn. has ever seen. and even in 1a all the best teams are not in chattanooga anymore. CPA is better than temple and ezell might be too this year. Temple is just one homegrown school with two good basketball families (skogens and Wadleys)

CR4, i know josh might go d1 mid, but mason is really stretching it. He's a good highschool player but nothing special. But i agree, BA is gonna be unbelievable this year.

watch out for Josh Bone from BA. He tore his acl last season, but he can straight light it up from the outside. 6-2 and strong

CLINE, Temple played CPA twice during the season and lost 72-59 the first time and 76-57 the second time.

i don't know who they get to vote, but you could poll a bunch of 5th graders at CPA and they would know that dca boyd and cpa were the three best teams.

it didn't look like the best against CPA.

i'm sorry. i questioned Rogers. i forgot he was right below God. he's already proven himself. he has like 90 yards receiving against 2a teams. they don't play the same competition, sikes plays better competition like Riverdale. also they have these new places now a days called weight rooms. if you can lift a lot more weight than them that means your stronger. and game speed: i think that's how fast you are in a game, i'm not sure though. you might know, considering you know everything

he runs a faster 40. that's great he can go join the track team. game speed is all that matters. sikes is a better receiver who cares whos faster.

Rogers is not a better athlete than sikes. Sike ran a 4.50 at Oklahoma Camp. I know sikes is stronger than him and if you throw it up there he'll come down with it. Sikes put up 216 yards on Riverdale. What has Rogers done lately.
