What were the scores from the jamboree over there in Huntingdon?

What Huntingdon lacked in the early 90's was talent. They have had some fo about the last five.

Let's get real. Has anyone seen the current basketball fan poll? You have teams on there in which some won less than 10 games last year and do not have much coming back. Then there are teams not listed, Perry Co., Santa Fe, Summertown, just to name a few who are not listed. Same is true with the girls. I know it is only Aug. and Nov. is a ways off, but come on lets use some better judgement when voting. Goes to show that fan polls mean nothing when the state rolls around and 90% of the teams listed are not in the Boro. :confused:

Perry co. will win the district, then the order of finish after that, a toss up.

Any one know when any of these 3 scrimmage again? Any more details on this one? Trenton and Dyer have not been to good of late and could struggle again this year. Huntingdon will be small and young, but is helped by an easy regional schedule. Maybe Trenton and Dyer can pull some upsets.

One of the best coaches in the game today. His players walk the line or they don't play. Need more old school coaches like him today and maybe we would have better fundamental basketball games played and also, maybe kids today would not turn out to be bad example setters if they do make it to college or the pros{ex. Iverson, Rodman, Sprewell just to name a few}.
