My new prediction is 25-7 Goodpasture, 1 more point than the previous 24-7 post by myself. why you ask, because i can! I'm not a player, I'm not trash talking, I'm Not going to listen to you, and I AM going to say whatever I WANT TO If the kicking game was to be the difference, then wouldn't Goodpasture have the advantage? their kicker has started since a freshmen and is probably an allstate pick (don't know why he wouldn't be if you go on being consistent and not being able to kick a 53 yarder every seventh time)

cpa completly 2 platooned and they didn't seem to wear us down, so i really don't think it can be done. the solution is to just flat out beat us.

GOOD. i would rather you plan on beating us than plan for your "they should be in division II complaints" after you lose. just remeber all good champions want a true competitor, and to be the best you have to beat the best.

no doubt about that, i believe in all seriousness that it is possible for the sweep. with 4a of course being the most difficult to bring home.

if i don't know anything other than this, then i believe it is a very good point. Milan has been held to two scores or less in 5 of their 13 games this year. Goodpasture has held 9 of their 13 opponents to two scores or less. Goodpasture hasn't been held under three scores. milan has only allowed one of their 13 opponents to score 3 times. if milan has a prayer for winning their defense has to come out and hold goodpasture to less than 3 scores (nearly impossible as it has only happened like 12 times in the past 7 years) and then have to put up a ton of points on a team that just doesn't allow that many. of the 4 times that the opponents of goodpastures point total surpassed 14, it has been for 28 (thanks completely to golden tate scoring all of those), 21, 19,&18. point i am getting at is that the odds don't look to good for milan.

ATTENTION ALL HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL FANS: give up, if your not an alcoa fan your never right and you'll never be right. alcoa congrats on being the biggest talkers in 2a. keep talking and give us more of a reason to not like you. oh and by the way, lipscomb is the number one seed in 3a (over fulton) and, um.. pretty sure we beat them!

if alcoa is so dadgum good then how do they have two losses? i mean if they are as good as everyone says they are then how did anyone beat them. i would figure that they could beat the colts and every other organized football team as good as alcoa fans make them out to be. i'm so tired of hearing about how good alcoa is, i hope that they play really well friday and then get drummed by us later.

i wish people would quit worrying about the goodpasture passing offense. let me tell you, it is good. a qb that can throw, a line that can block, and recievers that can catch, what else do you need? statistically our qb's are better than CPA's were and everyone thought that their kid was a football god. i don't understand why people worry about the pass game, it's not like we are even going to use it that much. it's been over two years since goodpasture has thrown 20+ passes in a game and we have been to state last year and one game away from it this year. Our passing offense is good but won't be used because it simply doesn't need to be!

they do, i don't understand why but i am going to let you in on a secret. actually it isn't a secret when your coaches go to watching the film, but there is a best time to beat goodpasture. when martin pulls out all three of our big boys all at once on defense to rest them. you would think we would do so on offense or maybe pull them one at a time, but instead they all three come out for a series every once in a while at the same time. if you want a better chance at scoring (still not great but a little bit better) that series would be a great chance to go for it. martin will put them back in during that series though if a substantial drive got started so you'll need to go for the big play.

well traditionally their programs aren't to good, look at the MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAM like he said, i don't know if those kids gained a yard all year. in four years they will have the wing t down so well, they too will be competing for a state championship.

i don't think goodpasture has ever lost a fourth round game on the road, why would they want to start now?

did you forget about lipscomb, a team that in overall polls from the entire state rank way higher than anyone else we've played and we beat them as well. beat GOLDEN TATE (i know a lot of teams did this year, but that kid is ridiculous). and beat a better than milan (according to rankings) CPA team twice both time by double digits. i'm not saying anything else other than our opponents (and good friends if not on the playing field) are worthy of playing us and do present a challenge to us so i am taking up for them. and Tornadogold. i love you as well, please find more alcoa fans like yourself and get them on here to talk about this year!!!!!!!!!

27, they are all 9 foot tall, weigh 400 lbs, run 3.1 40's, take steroids, eat off of silver spoons, live in mansions, and have people drive them around in their acura suvs. how about none, we're just coming out with the same team and hoping they can do the job next two weeks, good luck to all four teams the next two weeks. public, private, or open-zoned. when it boils down to it, highschool kids are out there playing for pride and just hoping to get the job done. lets try from today on to be classy enough just to pull for them, their safety, and they play to the best of their ability. because to so many of them it will be the last time they ever put on their pads!

3-4 , 5-2 depending on how the outside backers line up on each play (some times on the line and sometimes not) and they have a 4-3 package and a nickel package depending on the situation
