Junior Varsity don't mean squat, 90 percent of the time in 1A football the players who should be on the J.V. are on the Varsity b/c you don't have enough talent in all your classes to fill up both teams and you have the kids who never get to play on the J.V. so if your going to talk trash about your J.V., in Februaruy for cryin out loud ..let's hope you can back it up when the fall gets here !!! #7 [Edited by wildcats7 on 2-13-03 6:27P]

I completely agree with the unity subject..our team wasn't unified at all last year and I think if we were we could have done alot better .....and as for our head coach, as of right now it's still Coach Crews...and as far as I know he will still be here next year unless something changes... #7

Dude...I want whatever it is your on..you think your gonna be better without them..your crazy those were 3 of the best athletes in the state..I can vouch for that ..I played against them....the only thing that might be better is team unity ..not team overall..and as for saying that people on our team are quitting b/c the workouts are too hard...thats just here say ..nobody on our team has quit..and you should no by now when you see people on here talking and typing like Allamerican78 not to pay any attention..... #7

I know one thing for sure.....its gonna be an exciting region schedule this year...i mean look at the teams that should compete....Moore County, Forrest, Cascade, Huntland, us (Wayne County), I think C'wood might have dropped off lil but they wont be a push over,and as for CA..or Cornersville, unless they improve alot ..I don't think they will win it but they can always suprise a few people..and well the new addition from Eagleville..its all up for grabs it looks like to me ..oh I dint mean to leave Mt. Pleasant out of there ..they will prolly be in the same boat with CA, Cornersville.......I think with the competition this year in the region we will have an almost as strong region as Ezell and CPA and that bunch ... o come on mt pleasant..they won what 3 games if that last yr. your telling me a 3-7 or w/e is going to turn it totally around and take over teams like cascade and wayne co.i dont want to be rude but think about what ur saying a new coach doesnt always mean they turn it around the very next yr and when there region.if ur saying b/c there returning a lot of players then u need to look at wayne co.which is returning a lot of starter's from last yr's team.plz anybody but mt pleasant would have been a good answer.just my opinion

i seen the clifton game fr. an they played hard but sante fe was off all night.i think when sante fe is on it wouldnt have even been close if byrd is over the sickness that caused him not 2 be able to play in the collinwood game they should pull it off.i hope its a close and physical game.i say if waynesboro brings its game wayne co by 6 lets go cats

Since I was the player mouthing I can reply to that one, That has nothing to do with class. True I lost my composure but I said nothing out of line to the stripes or so i didnt think. I was just showing my frustration and as a player youre not allowed to do that. It just wasn't that one play, that was the second or third time that i had either been late hit or held 2 feet from the stripes and he dint call anything and plus the other bum calls in that one or no calls i should say. True I lost my composure but that has nothing to do with class. And yall were already gone by time 44 came out of the locker room and I was right behing him going in so I know that didnt happen. But you are one to talk of class, before you start pointing fingers look at your team.... I don't know why this is on the c'wood board but i had to reply. But about the game I think Huntland is a good team and if c'wood doesnt come prepared it could be a close one but i agree with Bob when he says that Huntland didnt have to repsect our passing game and could have as many in the box as they wanted. Yeah, STINGER has a good point I will remember #64 b/c he was prolly the dirtiest and showed the least lack of class I have ever seen by one player and everybody who was at that game can back me up on that one . I just pray to God we get a shot at them in the playoffs. Don't be fooled by the wildcat team that was on the field Friday night that was not us. We were totally unfocused and not ready to play. Well some people can say you can blame that on Homecoming but thats no excuse an im not trying to make one for us b/c you should always be able to get up for a game like like that, and as for them talking trash.. if not for 2 defensive let downs ( the 2 big runs by #1 , which is a heck of a player) you don't score all night and the score is 0-0 but heck thats the game of football. All i'm sayin is that we played the worst possible game we could have and still only lost by 10, Don't get me wrong im not tryin to say that Huntland is a bad team. b/c they're not and ill think if they play to their potential that they will give c'wood all they want. This game was in a way good for us though b/c now were are refocused and anxious for this weeks game. I just hope that we get another shot at them in the future. And if STINGER don't mind i'd like to know what grade 64 is in. Just incase we dont play again this year I wanna know if he will be there next year. Oh yea and I wanna give a shout out to djpaulscousin, and juicyj for havin our backs on here and not turning on us even know we lost...thanks for the support...keep holdin it down.. peace

yeah #22 does play. he starts at outside linebacker and reciever. their running backs will probably be seing alot of him this friday! sorry we haven't been posting much this week but our coaches are trying to keep us off the boards. sorry coach i just couldn't stay away!! from the looks of it, it's gonna be another rainy night in the boro! should be a tough game in the trenches! hey orange, do you play for the hornets? just wondering. I hope Forrest wins for alot of reasons mainly for their player who died Chad Franklin.Lots of prayers and thoughts coming from the wildcats down in Wayne County. We wish yall all the luck this week in yalls game . Come out with a big win and keep the region strong. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
