They just killed the whole thing when they stopped the Tennessee vs Kentucky All-Star game a few years ago. They really went all out for this game and the players had a blast.

Exactly. I would have been shocked if a Jo Byrns fan had came on CoachT and made any negative comments about Terrell,or Kennon. Now one thing I will complain about was the coverage of the awards ceremony. I work nights so maybe I completely missed it,but the 10:00 news in Nashville may have talked about it for a minute. I later went to a Chattanooga news website and did get to see some nice highlight footage of Terrell,which was a lot more than WTVF,or WSMV had on their website. Congrats to the winner but I sure was wanting to see the award in Robertson County. Kevin deserved it in my opinion Were the awards given out on different days or something. I thought the coverage for television and the Tennessean was really poor. I was able to attend the luncheon a couple of times in 2005 when it was at the Opryland Hotel and there was tv reporters doing interviews and the Tennessean guys were taking pictures. This year I haven't seen much at all. These guys deserve more.

I'm sure UTs students are louder but it's real noise. It's not artificial. The band would not be allowed to play. That's why they stop before the play starts. Sure... Copy and post the e mail.

Your talking yelling and singing. UTs band won't be playing while the play is in action. That's the difference. Ask Ole Miss about piping in artificial noise. They tried and were stopped. Air horns are not allowed. I've seen them removed by the school administration.

OK. Let's let the tuba player and drummer stand right behind the batter and just as the ball gets to the plate they get to rip off with each instrument. That sounds fair. It's against the rules to play while the ball is in motion. People that do it just chose to be rule breakers.

COME ON DOGFISH, A 4-6 RECORD DOESNT DESERVE TO MAKE THE PLAYOFFS. JUST LIKE A 6-6 TEAM (VANDY) DIDNT DESERVE A BOWL GAME, AND IM A VANDY FAN. YOU SHOULDNT REWARD MEDIOCRACY. IM NOT BASHING SYCAMORE BECAUSE IF WHITE HOUSE FINISHED 4-6 OR EVEN 5-5 THEY SHOULDNT HAVE MADE IT EITHER. BUT THESE DAYS THEY HAVE SO MANY BOWL GAMES THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO DO MUCH TO GET IT ONE. LOOKS LIKE THE TENNESSEE PLAYOFFS ARE THAT WAY ALSO NOW IF 4-6 TEAMS MADE IT. ACTUALLY, I REMEMBER LAST YEAR SOME TEAMS WITH POOR RECORDS GOT IT. IT SEEMS TO ME TEAMS SHOULD HAVE TO EARN POST SEASON TRIPS. But when you hear the stories of the 2-8 or 3-7 still going, that's not even worth discussing. And there's some teams with winning records that don't really deserve a shot but that's neither here nor there. I'm still waiting for someone to tell me if Porter gave in to #10.

Yeah, if he was a finalist last year and had another stand-out year, he should have it locked up.

I just hope it is a dry game! Without we really have some downpours Friday, the field should be fine. It drains well and has good grass.
