Well I tell you one thing for sure, "Schnell from Science Hill doesn't deserve the numer one preseason rank!" I know there are alot better people coming out of DI 215 than him. What are other people's fellings about this?

Ahhhhh ausdan don't be so modest. This win is a big deal. Get excited! Everyone thought catholic couldn't do it, and you guys went up to BGA and took it too them. This is just proof of where this school is heading in the future( take note that this is only Coach Pemberton's second year with the Irish). Also who ever made the comment about the western divsion is right...It should get interesting when it comes down to that time. All I know is, myself being a player once at catholic, I hope they take it to BC this year! One thing is for sure, catholic is a force to contend with this year! Take it to the house fellas!

Game of the week or not, ishii, you need to have your head in this weeks game! You know as-well-as I do that BGA is a heck of a lot better than webb will ever be. Talk about that game when it is time! You've got a lot better things to concentrate on besides this years webb, which doesn't look as though it's doing so good. Beat BGA this week and you secure the region, and have a pretty good shot at taking state. Although I don't know what the western division is looking like, you guys should do pretty well! By the way us alumni have our eye out on you guys. Do what we couldn't do: "Take it to the house!" P.S. I hope everyone on the team gets to see this message!

Good job Catholic! You've got this many underneth your belt, but how will you match up against BGA? I look forward to reading about the game this friday night. You guys are doing great thus far. Keep taking it to the house! You guys know as-well-as I do that BGA is just a physical team, the difference is that you guys are a methodically sound team. If you are a parent then why the heck are you on here??? It's not very mature of you to get on a student based website and down high school athletes that have succeeded at the their level of competetion! Some years are going to have studs in different weight divsions. You know you only mention 275 what about Keller and other top wrestlers in the state. I remember you because you were always downing Knoxville catholics football team! In my "OPINION" you are very immature for getting on here and saying all that stuff.

I do want to wrestle you so I can see how I would have matched up aginst you! The only problem is that I don't how to wrestle free style! I am looking into joining a club here in knoxville so we'll see. I'll just tell you know I'm not going to go up there and get the sh** beat ot of me just because I don't know how to wrestle freestyle. Sorry Ian! I'M A DISGRACE??? I ambarrassed my community because I wrestled 3 years and got 2nd??? I'm a disgrace because I felt I had a better shot at winning @ 275??? When you know that anyone who wants a state championship wll go to whatever means possible to win! Whatever, you say Ian! I don't really care what you think! Good luck the rest of the year though! Hey mles, do you go to our school??? Do you know me or Boyd??? No, I don't think so! So how can you get on here and say that Boyd is any better than me, or I any better than him??? You don't know what your talking about so please shut the He** up till you know some facts. Also why are you getting on here acting as if I stink! I won 2nd @ state, which is someing that everyone said I should be proud of! Sure I might have lost in the championships and was upset about it, but who wouldn't be! By the way you on here riding my back, but do you wrestle. If you do wrestle, how did you do at state???

Also, Boyd wanted me to wrestle his weight class. He said, "You could have such a great shot at the championship if you bump up." I took his advice, and moved up!

Actually about that first match. I did get put on my back within the first 2 min. of the match. The thing is that I was nervous about wrestling 275 for the first time, and put myself into that situation. I fought off my back and back on my feet. See the thing is that if he should have been in the finals match then he should have stoped my 2 takedowns and then it wouldn't have mattered would it??? Also he got hit with 2 stalling points in the last minute of the match, not 3 in the last few seconds. The only reason for him getting hit with a stalling call twice is because he wasn't doing anythig except laying there not moving! I honestly thought it was going to go into OT myself, but they gave it too me. Anyway it's over! Good luck to Forte next year though.

Hey have someone rub Atmoic balm on your face and eyes and see how good your shot is after that! Just please do act like I would make something like this up just to have an excuse.I ACCPET GETTING BEAT, AND YES IT WAS TOUGH BECAUSE I'M A SENIOR. I will have to live with being #2. But what I can't deal with is someone cheating and it not being brought up! Thats all I'm saying.

Well I used blood time once to try and get the point across but nothing happened! Whatever I didn't expect anyone to belive what happened anyway just wanted to lay the fact out there so everyone could know what really happened.

Well its over now and they didn't do anything! Is there a place you can go to question a referee's call or to get them to be accountible for their decision during a championship match???

Tell me about it I tried like three times but nothing was done! They were so worried about getting the match over, because we were the last match, that they didn't even care! What do you say to get peoples attention about something like that???

First off I want to say that what has happened is over and yea I lost, but I want to imphasize mabey why it happened or why I got beat by such a spread. Seth you are a little cheater! I've never heard or seen anything like the stunt you pulled tonight! Just because your a little nervous about losing doesn't mean you have to go to the extreme's of putting Atomic Balm (Stronger version of Icy Hot) on your hands, and fingers. Then throughout the match continually put it on my face, eyes, mouth, and arms. ( I just want to describe to any of you who might not know what Atomic Balm feels like when your sweating and your pores are open. It burns alot, almost to the point of having fire on your skin. ) Seth I just want to be the first to congratulate you on winning your finals match by cheating and not getting caught! You knew that if you didn't have a little crutch on me in the match you would have lost. Oh! and we couldn't let that happen, after all you did lose to another 210 pound guy last year too. So I just want to know did that one trainer give you the stuff or did you just put on your own! Also I know what everyones going to say, "Well you shouldn't have bumped from 215." The fact is that I had a better shot at beatting cooper over thornhill. So please don't say that I'm complaining because I'm not. I just want to point out the fact that cooper had to cheat to win! Hey pinu46 where did you get the idea that I was smack talking anyone? Just for your information I moved up because I thought I would have a better shot at a state title @ 275! Say whatever you want as if I was running or whatever, but you know its all about the opportunity of a title. By the way, I got the #2 seed in 275 also! [Edited by topfootballfan6 on 2-15-03 10:55P]

What happens if you had someone at lets say 125 that was going to bump to 130. If the 125 won 3rd last year and the best in 130 was a 2nd place and a 5th place. Where is the 125 pounder going to get seeded??? Will he get seeded 2nd behind last years 2nd place 130, or behind 5th place 130???
