i would just like to give props to NCS for such a turnaround year. 7-0 and already have more wins this year than last year. Charlie Anderson has really turned that program around. thats what a man defense, hustle, and good shooters can do for you. keep up the good work.

what was the final score?

they played a very good game while remembering that they did it with only 6 to 7 guys. i was impressed to see them beat up on harpeth the way they did. i think the second quarter is where lipscomb put them away by outscoring them 46-17. that is pretty impresive. dansby was not a factor at all in the game as far as i saw and since he is harpeth's best player, they were counting on him to have a seemingly productive night. good start fellas.

Who is in this district?

this is going to be one of the strongest districts in the midstate. Hume-Fogg has one of the top pgs in the state with Brandon Harriford. lipscomb always is the team to beat in this district every year. they always do well. portland has two very good players in senior john ferguson and junior corey brewer. sringfield is hard to predict. very athletic but very inconsistent. mlk is young but has potential to get better throughout the season. greenbrier lost their 2 best players from year and i dont know who they have now. east lit and macon co. lost their best players from last year also so they will need new guys to step up for their teams. it will probably come down to hume fogg, lipscomb, and portland just like it did last year. all three teams have a good shot at winning this district.
