  1. Thank You Sir, Looks like it will be a dry and cold night in East Bedford. Probably need to bring my big coat
  2. Cascade 11, How about the weather in the DUB T ( Wartrace)! You are quicker than my computer
  3. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> That is classic man!
  4. I agree, but that late onside kick was what took V.T. out of the National Championship Hunt. I mean it hit him square in the hands, the guy bobbles it, a B.C. player jumps on it, the ball then squirts out of his arms, the B.C. player crawls over to the ball reaches his hand out grabs the ball, and like 6 other players jump on the ball and this guy comes up with it. Then Matt Ryan does his Doug Flutie thing and the rest is history. It was a sloppy game from first kick off, due in part to all the rain
  5. Good Morning, Just finished up my third cup of joe, while listening to the wake up zone. Man 5:00 a.m. comes early. Hope the Wing Party went ok? Not a big fan of Boston College but Matt Ryan is a good quaterback. I think he may have placed him self in the B.C. comeback lore of Doug Flutie with that win. V.T. got beat by their prowless Special Teams. Just land on the ball! Oh Well still hang on to my defensive matchup tonight between thd Red Devils and Champions. This is going to be a great game! I wonder if Rudy K from News Channel 4 will bring his Helicopter down for Touchdown Friday's to this, do they still do that I watch Fox for the early news.
  6. LOL!, How about adding 6A like they do in Alabama! and put all the schools back into Div. I
  7. I was accounting for a touchdown, a 2 point conversion and a safety ( I love the defense)
  8. LOL! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> It is always a good time for ice cream!
  9. I made the 10-13 score, it is a lot colder up there, but I still think the rain is going to be a factor. If they combine score is over 35 I will eat humble pie, I perfer my a la mode please.
  10. Yeah, I hope to be there, Here is a hint to who I am, I played at Cascade #72, best friends with # 61 (1998)
  11. I am quite certain he graduated with my cousin, who has two older sisters, one who teaches at Cascade
  12. If he is who I think he is, my whole family knows him well. And he is a great person.
  13. Thanks for the invite I will try to do that!
  14. Agreed, If that is the case try the garlic parm. they are great and so is the jerk style
  15. Yeah, but you shoud try the Wing place Located Next to Moe's Southwest. They are great!
  16. I agree Cascade has to scheme to beat JBS, and so does JBS! Good Points
  17. Just an observation, please correct me if I am wrong, in how the passing game may go J.B.S. runs the Spread, they do a great job of running "double routes", Example Curl/Flats, 2 outside guys run a 8 yard curl turn in look for ball, turn route in too a skinny post if corner sets in Cover 2, while the 2 inside guys run a dual 2 to 3 yard flat route if Corner is up on man to man press, or bails to cover 3 the flats are open. This can occure at the same time or they will isolate a corner and and run the double routes on him. A great offensive scheme to run. Cascade: The Wing-T, they will pound it pound it and pound it, then bust you on a smash route. Lone WR runs off playside Corner, or hopefully, #17, will draw double coverage with the safety leaving the streaking WB over the Middle Or the TE who has ran the smash route at the FS, If you have 2 Hi Look the The Smash route is almost money in the bank, because the FS has to man up on the WB, forcing the SS to either take his deep Half and going with the streaking WR or he becomes out of postion with the Flat Corner to Cover the TE on Smash Both teams are very effective when it comes to running their offensive passing game after having gain good yardage running the ball. Still think the Defense for both teams show up for this one.
  18. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> With the tempature in the upper 40's this morning, I can only hope that this cold front will hang over the mid-state through Friday. With that being said I think this game will come down to a defensive battle. I think both teams have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. Being a fan of defense I hope the cold weather will allow for a hard fought physical game. The reasoning is there is no easy game here on out. You have to bring it every day in practice and every Friday Night. Being able to cope with cold weather now will only help in Nov. Good Luck to both teams and here is my scores J.B.S. Red Devils: 10 Cascade Champs: 13 in 3 O.T's Good Luck to both
  19. /bored.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":bored:" border="0" alt="bored.gif" /> Still soaking up my Blue Raider and Titan Weekend /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> I think Cascade and J.B. will be a very good game. In fact I am going to go out on a limb and say it will be a low scoring game. I think Fall is finally going to show up and this one could be a wet and cold one at the Stable. Two good defenses will allow for a low scoring game. My prediction will be forth coming in a few days. Good Luck Champs Tune in to ESPN 1067 The Fan this weekend and listen to the Blue Raiders, Take on the Mean Green of North Texas, another critical game on the road to the Sun Belt Championship! Grow Blue!
  20. Good Points, I hope my observation is correct, we will get two great quaterbacks in three weeks that is for sure. Speaking of great passers will Ainge be the difference for the Vols this weekend. I think he may be the reason why Tennessee wins the game. I am sure I have upset those Bama fans but I don't have a horse in the race. Go Big Blue!
  21. Has he had any schools take a look at him. With him being a junior he needs to roll up to some great Line Camps. Western Kentucky dose a great job with their camps, I think that is about an hour drive from Cedar Hill. Or personally I would recommend him going down road to MTSU, Jimmy Ray Stephens, ex Tennessee Line Coach, has a great two week camp during the summer for lineman. Anyway good luck to the young man and I hope he get's a chance to play at the next level.
  22. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> Cascade11, I have to agree the Front 7 for Cascade on Defense is tough. But I think the Secondary has been really outstanding thus far. They have created lots of turnovers and have allowed the Front 7 to do somethings up front with good man to man coverage. When you can put a kid on a island in coverage and he is still making plays, It will allow for the Front Seven to pin their ears back and go after the ball. I think it is a combonation of the two that have allowed for Cascade to have such good defense thus far during the season. But hey we still go three to play and as the old saying goses: "Offense wins ball games, Defenses wins championships!" Go Champs!
  23. /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> You may need that money back gaurantee with those picks. Just kidding, couldn't help but take a shot!
  24. /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> There are three weeks left in the regular season and most teams having two to three games left to play, I find it hard to lay out a complete playoff prediction. My hat is off to all who has spent time on this issue debating. But call me old fashion the games are still played on the field and I think a lot of things can happen before the regular season is over. So I will leave everybody with this saying, " Don't put the wagon before the ox"
