Great win for White Station..they really have turned it around from a few years ago.

I gotta go with melrose too.

Collierville does beat Germantown all the time.....oh wait no they dont. Germantown played a tight 7-0 JAMBOREE with bartlett. On the over hand Collierville almost lost to Cordova in a real game.

CBHS won because they were the better team but it was close for most of the game....I still think germantown is the best 5a team in the city.

I'd say they are the second best team in the state behind MBA.

I been there many times and played there a few times.

I have to go with Melrose too....Tha fact its in Orange Mound....loud fans and a nonstop band create a HUGE homefield advantage.

I think maryville deserves the #1 spot til they lose....that being said i think melrose has the better team.

Well it sounded like a good game from my radio...i was stuck at work! CBHS is a very good team I think they will give MBA a serious run for there money in a few weeks. Hats off to both teams.

The QB from Ridgway Will Huchinson(sp?) and the QB from Melrose are being being offered by quite afew.

We will see after this weekend...if Germantown beats CBHS I think they will run the table into the playoffs...but thats why they play the games.

Memphis has a ton of athletes....But Memphis lacks money which in turn leads to a lack of quality equipment,fields, and coaching.

Just checking out the competions schedule and was amazed by how hard it is. Melrose,Memphis East, B.A.,Germantown,Briarcrest,ECS,MBA in a row. BTW I still think germantown will win at home

This will be a huge game cant wait til next friday....I guess i'll have to take off work. Hats off to CBHS for the huge win at BA and too Germantown for beatin a good whitehaven team.

That carver game shocked me galilee..Horn Lake is a good team. Carver might make some noise this year....That whitehaven game is gonna be tough they have improved alot since last year.

Whitehaven seems to have rebounded form last years poor effort...this game could be close. I still see Germantown gettin the victory but not by last years margins.

No dog in the fight but i think this will be a great game. The last 2 weeks CBHS has taken on 2 of the fastest teams in the state...Memphis East and Melrose and squeaked out wins...this week we'll see if they can stop BA's power game. I think this will be a smashmouth game were the battle up front will decide the game. BA by a TD

This whole thread is crazy....First off Milan would be crushed by either school and most 5a schools in the state. Second MBA until they lose are hands down the best team in the state..with Brentwood and maryville behind them.
