OK Im back, it's a long time since I have posted on here and I am about tired of reading all the crap talking immature people on here, some things never change and some people never grow up! Yeah SP is a very young team and I have seen those boys grow up together and play very good baseball together. They know each other like the back of their hands. And whoever said they had a very average pitcher is mistaken. That would be my little brother Derek Layne and he is way above average for his size! For his age! and for him to be THE pitcher and main player on SP's team is amazing to me to see him play like he does now, I am deeply proud of him. And yeah they are young and they do have a mouth and a half on every one of them and it will bite them in the butt one day. But them defending themselves about being a young team does not give them an excuse to talk crap on Richard Hardy, they have had a team for a total of 2 years now. And loaded with a bunch very talented 8th, 9th, 10th graders that want to play ball and just need to be taught how. And the older guys are very talented as well but do not try as hard as the younger guys. Give the Richard Hardy Hawks a couple more years under their belts and then look at a much more improved team to worry on in the future. I know people are reading and laughing right now but I coach them and I can see potential in 95% of those boys. Give SP and RH 3 years and it will be a good game between the two yeams. Ok come on with the crap talkin to me now SP!

No what he probably means is that our school has to go out and have fund raisers to buy things fr our and contrary to all the other (rich schools) they dont.Our schools enrollment is like 290 and that is extra small for a 1A school, and we do not even have high school spellng bee's so why do all of you snobby people come on here and talk trash about our school just b/c we are having a good season is basketball since who knows when.

How is everybody looking in District 6 1A this year?

We are not really that old as in players but we have 4 seniors like I said that have 4 and 5 years, and 1 junior for 3 years , and 1 sophomore for 3 years and the rest are first year players. But even though we got beat all 3 games we played this weekend, we were kind of surprised that we looked that descent for such a young team ,playing wise. I mean yall are what 2-3-4 A and we are a very small 1A school, but our younger players are very coachable kids that want to earn a starting position and that is exactly what you want to see in younger guys, our number 2 spot hitter was a freshman that stepped up and got a hit and a sac bunt w/ 2 RBI's, so we were really impressed with him.

Eric Gagne , thats not the first time I have heard that, I just need some glasses. I wouldnt call myself our ace but Coach did so I guess so. How did you know my name?

I was the pitcher for SP . I pretty much stunk it up , that was my second game since my sophomore year and I am a senior. Because I had knee surgery.

Oh ok thats cool appreciate it. What position did you play?

Yeah he was a good 6'1 probabaly and had a beard, he threw pretty hard too . I was wondering b/c he was a pretty good pitcher and Ifigured I'd see his name in the paper throughout the year.

Which one of those was the last pitcher that threw against us.(S.P.)?

Ok yeah East Ridge did look good but they did not beat us 11-2 it was 9-4 with like 5 or six unearned runs b/c of our young players at positions that we need some more experienced players at. B/c our catcher is a freshman, two outfielders are sophmores,our third baseman is a freshman depending on who is pitching and our second baseman is eighth-grader. But that is no excuse to make 4 errors, b/c we have experienced seniors two that have played for 4 years and two that have playe for 5 years.But we did almost beat Boyd until we switched pitchers in the last inning so I was happy about that.

Ok I have one question, are you from Whitwell? If you answer yes then you need to stop talking so much trash, b/c SP beat yall twice this year and by a pretty good margin.
