  1. Thanks to Dan Hughes for alerting me to posts that were being made under my user name at times that were impossible for me to have made, and thanks to Coacht for his quick action concerning the problem. As far as my hometown of Lexington, I am proud of it. The Gardners are friends of mine and there is no way that I would say such things as I was accused of saying about them. To all athletes who work so hard to achieve in any sport, I greatly appreciate what you do.
  2. Hey, do all you people that live in Lexington overdose on redbull, is that what makes your town so redneck and pathetic, Geez what the heck is a matter with you people, I mean get over yourselves, your not any good, So quit acting like you are.
  3. Who did you beat, Camden (2-18)!!!!!!!!! Wow what a victory. I am tired of hearing how good Lexington is. If you would prove it on the court maybe someone other than people in your city limits would care.
  4. Well I hate to say I was right but I was pretty close to it. I said 85-58 and I was just a few points off. Also, I guess I was right about Miss Gardner, But I guess the Lex fan that said he just had a bad game against Bolivar probobly thinks he just had another bad game. Face it, Lexington you are no good and Gardner plays so much because he is the coaches son and that is the only reason he signed any scholership. He could not play for Bethel. I'm sick also of all the articles on him. Could we see an article about an actual good player. I mean good grief. No wonder you Lexington pathetics are so conceded. Your terrible and the only reason your record is good is because you did not count a loss early in the season, why I dont know, and you play horrible competition. Congrats to Liberty, you guys are on your way to big things this year. But last night was a decent district win over a terrible team.
  5. You Lexington "Delusionals" (ill call you that since redneck pisses you off I know the truth hurts) are insane. I laughed my tail off when you said, " I would put Lex's history up against Liberty's, my gosh dude like the above poster said. They have been in existance for 3 years. And they are a Magnet school. So they have requirements to go there. I have no association with Liberty so the Liberty jokes just make you look bad kid. How old are you by the way 15, 16 maybe. I am a fan of sports in west tenn and have no allegiance to any team. As for the stuff about Mack. If you get out of your delusional bubble in Lexington, and ask what people outside of that place think of him you would go off on everybody. Everyone knows he only got a scholership at UTM is because his dad is the coach. And Daddy has taken care of him oh wait except the Bolivar game when you say he had his only bad game of the year. Believe what you wish but he was wetting his pants and the talent he was on the floor with. Bomar and Staten deserve the credit on that team not Mickie or whatever his name his.
  6. Little Lexington has never been good at any sport and it really humors me how they get so excited over teams that are not that good. The only thing that they have won at is in baseball in 2001 when they won with recruited players from Jackson, Decatur Co., and Chester Co. You want a reason. Ok. They were not ready to play against Bolivar and it showed. Bolivar was off that night and Willie single handedly won that game with his 35 pts. Gardner will get his jock handed to him by the quicker and more athletic guys from Liberty. Oh and a question for you. Should you not have another loss, I mean you got blew out by Middleton and you did not even count that game but yet a win you had in that tourney you did count. Lexington is bush league and will forever will be the redneck capitol of high school sports in west tenn
  7. You Lexington rednecks need to just stay in your little Sparkey's world if you think that winning in golf and tennis is important. Mack Gardner is the most overrated excuse for a basketball player I have ever seen. When I went to the Bolivar, Lexington game he made 3 freethrows and could barely hit rim on his shots against good competition. His daddy has gotten him everything. Guys keep quitting the Lexington basketball team so once again this team that has a little redneck talent will choke once again. Liberty 85 Rednecks 57
  8. I am not meaning to beat a dead stick hear, but today I got the feeling from something I heard on the radio that the coach from Adamsville was upset about some of the coverage that the 6-0 game had. The station I listen too is very informative and I cannot imagine that anything badmouthing Coach Alsbrook would have been said. But it seemed liked it sounded that Adamsville was in a riot over this bad coverage. Please Adamsville fans, players, coaches, your thoughts.. I did not hear anything bad from any media source, just questions.
  9. Well here are the stats per the Jackson Sun. Lets just put some facts on the table. Adamsville McNairy Central First Downs 7 0 Rushing yards 78 7 Passing yards 22 2 Comp-Att-Int 2-5-1 1-5-0 Fumbles lost 0-0 2-2 McNairy 0 6 0- 6 Adamsville 0 0 0- 0 The game was called with 6:21 left in the third quarter. Derek Dowdy scored Mc. only TD on an interception return in the second quarter. I totally agree with getting the players off the field. But why not come back and finish the game like Gibson Co. and Milan did in their games. In my opinion I think its awful that this rivalry should have a game end this way. Plus this is the first time I ever remeber a team gaining 9 yards and no first downs win a football game. But, if your Adamsville, yes, you have very good defense, but you have got to put some points up on the board and capitilize on the turnovers. Good luck to both Mcnairy Ce. and Adamsville the rest of the year, just let this fuel the fire in a great rivalry.
  10. I noticed that in last nights game the final score was 6-0, but they only played a little over 2 quarters. 1 How is that possible, and 2 how on earth did the Adamsville coaching staff agree to end the game like that. Several games that were not finished they are finishing tonight. I am a neutral party in this and would like a little explination.
  11. WBFG 96.5 will continue the coverage from 3 until midnight for all of rural west tenn. Also we are the Tennessee Sports Radio Network for state championships. Chris Harris wbfg965sports@yahoo.com

  24. I second that vote. It may take a miracle to play that one.
