I can't tell what the biggest problem with you guys in Monterey is, you were that overrated or you just like using the crutch of recruting to hide your inability to really compete with a quatlity team. On Friday, you did not play one of your 1-and what ever teams that you have played so far this year. You played a good team with a good record. I understand that the "#7" ranked team got dominated, and you have to cover that up, BUT PLEASE COME UP WITH SOMETHING BETTER THAN FCS RECRUITS. PLEASE IT IS OLD AND DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE.

Coach Bartlett was injured on Tuesday during a pitchers throwing session. One of the Freshmen that were trying out for the team threw a ball that was clocked at 48 mph. He was hit on the little toe. He has taken good prevention methods since the incidnet. He has the good ole ace bandage rapped from his ankle to his mid tigh. Also he is in full catchers gear, in which he has a picture of his old assistant coach is stuck in the top of his helment, just so he can always think of him. One other percaution he as taken now is that he does not use a glove anymore, instead he just places a SWAT riot sheild in front of him. Good Luck Coach! We are here for you

MJ12 you have obviously been hibernating, because no team has been turned away from the LGSA Fall High School League. As a matter of fact we need one more team so I guess we can count you guys in right, or is it true you are playing else where which is a longer drive and the entry fee is over $100 more. It appears to me the Bears may be ducking the local competition but I know Coach Sullenger will play the Lady Commanders and Lebanon in Spring Ball. Good luck to all and Have A Nice Day!
