He only went to two state tournaments, not three!

Just heard the girls game does start at 5:00!! The homecoming festivities will follow the girls game and then the boys game. Scales, you were correct!

Are you sure about that? I know it is their homecoming but that will be done between games.

Friendship doesn't have anyone who started at Lebanon last year. Granted they do have a couple who went to school there last year, one was even cut from the team in tryouts.

Everyone is playing for second place. Friendship should win this easily and if they keep their heads on straight this could be the year the win the state.

Lebanon beat Cookeville twice.

Great job Coach! Good luck this week. I will be rooting for you. Like Cobracoach said it is hard enough to take just one team to the state. I was with you the first time and now I'm pulling for you!

Great job of coaching Coach B!! I am glad you are back at the substate! Good luck and hopefully you will make it back to the state. I know it has been a long haul for you but you are almost there. It has been a long time since we roamed the coaches boxes in Chattanooga together. I will be keeping up with you!

I wasn't trying to cut her down in any way. She was always a very gritty ball player and could play anywhere. I am glad to hear she is doing so well.

How is Margaret East doing this year? She is a great little ball player and has some great parents. I enjoyed watching her play when she played travel ball with my daughter.

Tennecqt, your post was AWESOME!! I have seen her grow up on the softball field but this is the first year that my daughter has had the pleasure of playing with her. She loves her attitude and her willingness to help others and her competitive nature. She loves all of her team mates but Jennifer holds a special place in her heart. I think they make a great pair on the diamond! I look forward to many more games over the next two years. P.S. Look out for those foul balls!!

RBS did not beat Friendship last year, in fact they never played them. The last time these two teams played was in the region tournament in 2000.
