  1. International tiebreaker works in the following way: After 9 innings of play if the score is still tied, the 10th inning will start with a runner on 2nd base. The runner on 2nd was the last out of the previous inning. Everything else remains the same.
  2. Does anyone know the outcomes of Friday's games?
  3. TODAY'S GAMES #5 Stewart Co. 1 #1 Waverly 11 #3 Harpeth 2 #2 CreekWood 3 (11 innings) GAMES MONDAY #2 CreekWood at #1 Waverly #5 Stewart Co. at #3 Harpeth
  4. Are today's games play-ins or is the tourney double elimination throughout?
  5. #5 Stewart County 2 Run #4 Montgomery Central 1 Run
  6. The last I heard Marshall and Lewis were tied for fourth in the regular season standings, with Giles and Loretto fighting it out for the top spot. This was a couple of weeks ago, but as in years past I think any of a number of teams could get hot come tourney time.
  7. Harpeth still has the opportunity to finish 7-5, which would put them in 3rd. They play this afternoon against CreekWood.
  8. District 10AA still has some rain outs to make up this week, but some regular season standings have already been decided. Tournament will start on either Wednesday or Thursday. REGULAR SEASON 1st Place Waverly (Clinched) 2nd Place CreekWood (Clinched) 3rd, 4th, 5th still up for grabs between Montgomery Central, Harpeth, Stewart Co. 6th Place Cheatham Co. (Clinched) 7th Place Sycamore (Clinched)
  9. Yes, 70 West. Sorry for directional dyslexia. Hope you can find it.
  10. If anyone would like to come from Dickson. You simply take 46 (or 96, both intersect with 70 in Dickson) to 70 east. Follow 70 east through McEwen and into Waverly. Once you get into Waverly take a right at the first red light (this is Powers Blvd.) Follow this road to the top of the hill to another right on Airport Road. The easiest way is to follow the GREEN AIRPORT SIGNS once you get to Powers. The arrows will lead you to the Waverly International and the fields are right beside it.
  11. Waverly did receive rain throughout the night last night and is still cloudy today. Roads are starting to dry, but many puddles still remain. Forecast is for rain (scattered) Friday night, and thunderstorms possible Sat and Sun.
  12. I really do not understand the discussion here. Waverly is going to be the sleeper? Do any of you realize that Waverly has won this district every year, with two exceptions since before 1988? How could anyone consider them a sleeper? I will agree that Stewart has shown promise in the past year, but they will have to follow it up this year with performance. They have traditionally been at the back as much as Waverly has been at the front of the district. CreekWood will definitely be a contender. They have a top notch program and post the wins to prove it.
