Yes they can get to state without matt hurt. He wasnt the whole team. One player doesnt make a whole team. He was good no doubt. And i agree with you on the coaching thing. I dont like the guy never have. I bet that will catch up to them in the long run. I know plenty about the game of soccer ive played for 16 years i know its not a high scoring game but like i said earlier you cant win state tying people, that goes for westview as well.

He's definately the best ive seen in west tn(not including memphis). But, good goaltending does nothing for you if you can't score. You can't win state tying everyone. Im not hating though but they have a long way to go if they expect to go and win state. They need to find a finisher quick.

I stand corrected on my previous statement. Drew Mallard is an excellent goalie. He made some great stops against Westview tonight.

When i left the game in the second half itwas tied i think. Neither team looked that solid but, Drew Mallard made some great saves. I underestimated him in goal but he could be one of the best in west tn. Doesn't look good for them in AAA though. Westview is very small, but solid for the most part on defense except for the short kid on the right side but brooks and mcbeth are both solid defenders.

Probably right i know their pretty small and that is a big disadvantage when you get to sub state and state. But im guessing they will be allright. Havent seen them play yet, just going on instincts.

When you play a high profile team or a well coached team you'll have the tugging of shorts and obstructing play so you cant get a fast free kick. It is most definately part of the game and you must learn to deal because it does happen often. Im not saying i agree but it is part of the game.

Im not saying westview played ridgeway im just saying westview will be alright as a team.

Im guessing Ridgeway owns everybody in that tournament. Westview should be allright.
