I think that this certain job opening might have been filled already, and it was supposed to be in the paper today, but missed the deadline.

Last day to tryout for a spot on a 10th grade team. You can be 17 if born after September 1. AAU goes by grade and has age exemptions. I have posted about spots open for a team, and never seem to get full information on the players. They will send an e-mail without name, contact information or phone numbers. If any player is really interested in playing, they should pursue tryouts and practices and respond quickly with complete info. We still have one spot open for a 10th grade AAU team. This does belong in the private/public thread. If Moore County were beating Ezell, they would not be complaining. The stupidity of a person that has no proof or facts and assumes that the Ezell Harding girls team has been recruited is beyond me, but this happens any time a private school is in a championship tournament. Moore County probably has more raw talent than Ezell, but when it gets down to coaching and the intangibles, Ezell comes out ahead. I think that if Ezell recruited, they would maybe have a player taller than 5'10". This will be my last and only post on this subject, but you whining, complaining folks might just realize that a better game plan might win you a game.

DCA was down by 9 after 3 quarters, and were patient, played solid defense, and Herndon hit a shot with 4.1 seconds left to go up by one. Their longest shot was probably five feet all night except for free throws. Talent to talent, Ezell should have won by twenty, but .....................
