How bout a scouting report on Shelbyville?

Someone give the people of the BORO a scouting report on Lawrence County. Strengths and Weaknesses etc.

This should be a win for Oakland. They are the deepest team in District 7-AAA and probably the midstate. They have a solid starting five and strong bench. They have three excellent seniors and a strong junior and sophomore class. Look out the future looks bright.

The best deal going in sports is going to Jamont play for 5$. What a bargain. The kid is unreal. Go see this kid play.

I have seen both teams play. Without Sneed Blackman will lose by 10 or more. Who on Blackman can guard Perkins. Answer: No one but Sneed.

Too close to call. Advantage with Oakland and home court advantage. Big question is Riverdale and their football players. Will they play?

Why isnt Boyd playing for Oakland? He can play. Is he hurt?

I have now seen 5 teams in District 7-aaa play. I saw Siegel this week and Lebanon vs Clarksville Northwest. Here is my top five. 1. Riverdale- looks very good even without football 2. Blackman- strong backcourt 3. Lebanon- well coached athletic 4. Oakland- Looked good at times vs Clarksville Northwest. I left before Clarksville game but heard they had a chance to win at the end 5. siegel- young and athletic. Still you could really interchange the top 4. I havent seen cookeville or sparta or warren county. What are some other opinions

Memphis and Football

No question Riverdale has the talent to win the disctrict. They are experienced and well coached but really it could go either way. Blackman and Oakland are talented and well coached also. It could come down to injuries and who is hot at the right time. But not just looking at last year but the last 20 years like it or not Oakland has been the class of the league. Shuttlesworth, you just cant forget that.

It is really a toss up between Blackman, Riverdale and Oakland. The edge would have to go to Oakland. They have tradition and have been the class of the district for 20 years. No other program has acheived the success of this program. When in doubt bet on Coach King. The truth of the matter is that all of this will be settled on the court. Siegel could play spoiler for one of these schools in the stretch run. Stay Tuned!!!

Blackman beat Cumberland County Big. David Price scored 36 big ones. Look for Mr. Baseball to be league MVP this year.

Who are the top players in the district?

Predictions for 7-aaa: It is really a toss up with Riverdale, Oakland, Blackman and Lebanon. All have certain strengths and weaknesses. It may come down to injuries and execution.

Oakland 2001, I play alot at sportscom and just know the top players in the Boro. I also follow this district. Riverdale and Blackman will be tough to handle also. I look for one these schools to make a run at the state this year.
