i would like to see you and your little wresteling buddies run at each other from about 20 yards and hit head to head with your little "head gear" on. And where can i find some spandex like those yall wear? First off I played football in high school and I wrestled, and I have found that wrestling takes much more athleticism than football. Football allows you a break after every play, some guys even get to come off the field after every play they run. I played on both sides, offense and defense, and still was not as wore out from the entire football game as I was from a 6 minute wrestling match. Second, why don't you step on a wrestling mat and try the sport before you dog it, because personally I don't think that you could handle a wrestling match with me or most wrestlers for that matter. Third, and lastly, I think it kind of odd that a 'manly' football player as yourself would want some spandex if you were not on a wrestling mat. Maybe you would like to parade around in front of your football 'buddies' wearing the spandex. You could possibly get a phone number or two. Oh, and what's up with football players tapping each other on their rears. I guess that too is a sign of your 'manliness'. Just curious. I know when I wrestled I didn't have to worry about being gropped when I came off the mat.

Does anyone know who the top contenders for regional champ in region 5 are? 103-? 112-? 119-? 125-? 130-? 135-? 140-? 145-? 152-? 160-? 171-? 189-? 215-? Hvwt.-? List the top 2 or 3 if you think you know.

i think that the other styles really help. they keep you in shape during the off season, and you are learning stuff that you can use. granted, you can't use a lot of the stuff in freestyle and greco-roman,but some things you can. so i think it help.

i have heard that the scout looking at you just owed your dad a favor and came to look just to pay your dad back. i don't think he was seriously looking at you...

With the upcoming eighth graders, It looks pretty good. Alot of them have great potential, and are very strong. This year though we have the opportunity to send all eight of our wrestlers to state. I think the future is pretty bright for Faiview

So don't act like you're great or anything. And since you think you're such an athlete why don't you come wrestle with me or play soccer or any sport for that matter. I'll school you in anything. Man, how do you expect us to win a single game this year. By the way you argue on here Fairview has no chance of team unity. It's really sad to see all you argue, and then expect to win. It just not possible. You need to start working together, instead of arguing all the time.

I went to Memphis this past weekend to wrestle in the Bolton Wildcat Invitational, and had no problem bringing the gold back home to middle TN. Just wondering if maybe the west TN wrestlers that talk so much smack could maybe back it up.

Leavy Davis was wearing down big time near the end of the second period, and he only took cothran down three times with the ankle pick. If the match would have continued cothran would have won because he was in better shape than Davis.

By the way a win is a win no matter if leavy quit or if he really was injured. Aaron beat him fair and square. Aaron did nothing wrong.

Alright time for me to jump in. Aaron is a great athlete with a bright future. But he is not the only athlete at fairview, they only have a squad of eight guys this year but they all have a good shot at qualifying for state and maybe even being the region champs at their weight classes. As fo gitusome, keep on supporting Aaron. He will be the state champ.
