If same umpires working tonight that worked that game then call was just missed honestly if missed. Two of your better umpires we have in high school softball are these two. Thnak goodness they are not from Lincoln Co. so that cant be hollered if we win. But im betting on a great game as seems like we always have close games with Shelbyville. Always enjoy talking and aggravating with the two young ladies that coach Shelbville and both do an outstanding job with the girls, I can remember not too many yrs. ago a game with Shelyville was an win for sure but they sure have changed the program around. You need to get Coach Smiths cell phone number. We have 8 fields going and everyone busy including players and parents. We will try but this will be hard to do. Coach smith would be best bet with his cell phone on this one.

Ok maybe i missed her name somewhere but dont believe Chelsa Owens of Lincoln County has been mentioned. She has to be considered one of the top pitchers this year or im missing something. But truthfully the state is full of good pitchers.

Just want to say how much ive enjoyed watching the lady falcons play this year and a great year SO FAR you are having. Now just remember especially you seniors how we have seen teams in the past years play great but also attitudes changed to the bad. What im saying to the lady falcon seniors and one in particular,make sure you girls keep youself and the rest of the team focused and also do it with class. We dont want our opponents thinking of us as we have some of our opponents in the past. I have to say so far its been good but i think i might be seeing a little head swelling developing so keep it where it needs to be and have fun.

take I65 to exit 14 ,20 miles into fayetteville,turn right on bypass as come into fayetteville, shell station on left right before you get to bypass, lions complex fields on right ,cant miss them, if going to high school when get on bypass go untill you come to red light ,take a right and high school on your right less than half mile,if going to south lincoln fields when turn right at red light fields will be around 10 miles on left

Hey great job lady falcons but district 8 beware ,i could see last night Tulllahoma could be team to watch toward end of year.

This will be a good ballgame.Tullahoma and Lincoln County seem to always play it close when these two teams meet. Ill go out on the limb and say the winner by one run.Noway am i going to pick the winner though.

Lions Club complex is on the by-pass that goes around Fayetteville.

This looks like a good tournament with several strong teams in this year.

Lincoln County plays Coffee Co. tonite at Lincoln County and bats arent consistent enough yet to be considered the real deal.

If anyone has information on this game tell us about it. Word was that Lawrenceburg was improved but noone had sad they would be a contender. From score i heard sounds like 8aaa is going to be exciting from top to bottom.

ok here goes my prediction which never proves to be right but ill take a run at it. 1.Columbia 2.coffee county 3.tullahoma 4.lincoln county 5shelbyville 6franklin county 7lawrenceburg,but if lincoln county can find some bats and put some runs on the board this year i believe they will win the district but not going out on limb to pick them untill i see some bats come through. in my opinion they have the number 1 pitcher and the best overall defense returning and also they only lost 1 starter last year not 2.But one thing is for sure in district 8 softball,IT WILL NOT BE BORING!

Why dont you do like we are doing in Lincoln Co.and thats to get good enough to beat them with our bats and defense not our mouths. The remarks made in here about the past problems at Coffe Co. may be the stupidest remarks ive seen in here in awhile. again great idea started,but no matter what you do someones got to try to bash it,i agree coffe co. probably should have had someone on team but just cause you finished in top 16 should not have a thing to do with it. this is individual award and there are some teams that had bad yrs. but that shouldnt go against the individual effort of a young lady. sorry my opinion just as others have but i cant buy yours on this matter. but hey i luv seeing your post so keep on trucking. thats what this is here for.

fianaly a poll where girls come from all over midstate not just the nashville area and come on coaches that havent joined this looks like a good thing they have started here

dang im confussed. i just last week talked to some parents former and parents of girls now about weave and coach breden. i got nothing but high praise for both of them from everyone i talked to. i realize noones perfect but dang if a man or lady has chance to better themselves why not. i personally have high praise for both coaches and also the coffe co. softball program so please as an outsider let this die. it only hurts your program and more important the girls. since we arent playing anymore everyone in district 8 should WEAR THEIR RED! good luck!
