Why would I worry about our football program? They got beat by TCA and made no excuses about injuries. As far as we are concerned, USJ beat TCA the last two years without one of its best player, Luke Miller, who just signed to play for Lambuth University. As far as playing our "super stars" freshmen, you will have plenty of chances thru the years, and believe me, they are not "super stars" yet!!!

I would understand that TCA does not have a lot of respect for USJ, or does not like USJ, after all, I would not like a team that has beating us over and over since 1999! As far as the USJ middle school team, you do not have to worry about them yet, but they thumped TCA's middle school this year, so high school, middle school, it is the same story! Also, it was 5 freshmen and 2 sophomores for this game. And the 2 boys in the center of the field are 2 freshmen, and they ran the show, so get used to them, you will see them for the next 4 years.....

Milan did a great job yesterday beating USJ. However, Milan's GK did not save USJ's pk, the shot went wide high. As far as Milan making it to the semis, they need 10 points on their final game and USJ must beat Haywood 3-0 (slim chance). USJ is # 1, TCA is # 2. USJ will host the District 14 Tournament since it is the turn of the District North # 1 seed to host it. The brackets will be put together on the last week of the season.

Clearly the two best teams in the ditrict 14. Great rivalry, will probably face each other in the District Championship game in a few weeks.

Before tonight's game, TCA and USJ are both number. Who ever wins tonight will be hosting the District tournament, since the North District is hosting it (TCA, USJ, JCS, Madison, Liberty, McKenzie).
