Svebakken should know and he said Sheffield will be ranked and mixed with the others. I really believe any of these 5 could win the district and so the Region depending on how they play in the tournament. I would like to see how they are ranked by TSSAA going into the tournament. What a great game; Northside - ECS! Ball handling, one and two touch passing, team play, speed, forwards turning with the ball, defenders heading and clearing, sweet. This game had the LEAST amount of mistakes, poor decisions, and bad passing I have seen in a high school game this year. Congrads to both teams. I was impressed by the maturity Northside showed, because it was much better than the past, usually caused by the coaching. Although the center ref was not the best, he got worse when the rowdies in the crowd go off like they did.

Who has Dyersburg played this year? What were the scores? Did ya'll play Gibson County? BTW David is incredible to watch, speed, fast feet, nice heel pass, nice fakes and not a ball hog.

University School of Jackson is undefeated so far winning their first 11 games with no ties! They have played a fairly tough schedule as they always do including beating the Alabama 5A #3 team Benjamin Russell by a score of 4 -1. USJ will be playing MLK (Martin L King Magnet), how good are they? I noticed on Eurosport they tied a couple of good teams but also have been blown out. Hume Fogg Academy is next, they are always a good team can they break the streak? Its very hard to go the year undefeated and maybe not always the best, via some coaches? Coach Leonardi is cracking the whip this year, will be interesting.

" JCM got their first shot on goal and it happened to go in... second half Madison's Nick DeSio carried to ball from half and beat about 4 or 5 players before lashing a shot with his left foot into the upper right hand corner... good goal... madison won 3-1 quite comfortably... could really have been about 8-1 or more... I would like to change my reply about the order of teams in district 15. I forgot that the captain they must be talking about for Madison is Nick D. That does make a difference. If one were to pick out the best 100 players in Tennessee High School Soccer and line them up in a row. Then say pick out a team Nick would have to be first pick for defender. (I have not seen all the teams and players of course) If you get the opportunity to play against Madison you will SEE him and remember. He plays with heart and can throw the ball in with a 35 yard 90 mph slider that will knock you dizzy! I would like to compile the results of the JCS 4th Annual West Tennessee High School Men's Soccer Jamboree on March 3rd. It was a great event with the 26 school's playing in the COLD WIND. Who ever set up the Jamboree did a good job of pairing the stronger teams together and referee's for the most part were there on time for games I saw.
