miller from riverdale is good!... wait he is great! he has what it takes to become a college wrestler. but because of lack of the brain by his coach last year he was eliminated from the state tourney last season. im sure we all know he probably would have placed. maybe even won the tourney, who knows? but this year state is on his mind and being a great leader to the riverdale wrestling organization in which he does not go to that school. he is very devoted to wrestling and i hope he has a great success this season. oh and by the way, smyrna should be tested for steriods...they look to big to be in highschool but that is just me!---flagella waters

who are the signees in district 11a if any? alot of good players. should be some signees!

Bud Miller and Jacob Smith are killin for the Eagles this season and as of what I see and have heard Jacob is batting .600+ and Miller .400+. Both producing RBI's and runs scored. Smith has 2 hr's and Miller with 1 hr. Miller and Smith are both doing it on the mound as well. Both 2-1. Miller averaging about 12k's a start. I believe that if Smith and Miller didn't go to Eagleville, the Eagles would not have a chance this season. They are the one's holding this team together. I think they should have both went to play AAA ball with Riverdale so they can get thier championship rings that they deserve. Eagleville will not go to Region playing like this. The whole team just needs to focus and play every game like it is their last. Smith and Miller have been playing like that all year and want to advance, but they are having to pick up the other players and drag them with them. What is killing the Eagles is the outfield. They l;et balls drop and half of the time they just miss them. They miss there cut off's win they should hit them. All of these mental mistakes by the outfielders are putting pressure on the Eagles' pitcher's. The outfield just needs to wake up and smell the roses and get their heads out of their butts and play ball. Come on guys I know and you know that you are better than this. Let's pick up the pace and shut everyone down and heading to Memphis like you are suppose to be doing.

Bud Miller is one of the greatest pitchers here in the state even though he is in single A doesnt mean anything. he pitched against 2 AA schools and got a save and a win. he won against page with and pitched 9 strong innings and probably could have pitched more innings. he has pitched about 18 innings and has a total of 30 k's now, and only walking 3. bud miller has what it takes to step up and play at the next level. good luck eagles!

i have to agree, bud miller is killin so far.he shutout moore county with 13k's and 0 walks. he has already hit a homerun this year so his bat is coming around soon! and he beat page on tuesday 7-6 throwing 9 innings and still looking strong on that last pitch he threw. he struck out 11 patriots and walking just 3. in my book, miller has what it takes to go to the next level! he should be the most dominant pitcher in district 11A. good luck eagles!

miller from eagleville started the seaon off with a complete game shut out to beat moore county 5-0. he had 13k's 0bb's and 4hits. he helped himself by getting a triple and driving in two runs and also walking twice. miller also hit a 3run shot against cannon county and also came in to close the game and get his first save of the season with an additional 3k's 0bb's and just 1hit in 2 innings. on saturday eagleville went off on santa fe out scoring them 17-4 and 10-2 in the boring double header. good luck eagles!

bud miller from eagleville started the season off against moore county and pitched a complete game shutout with 13k's 0bb's and just 4 hits in the 5-0 victory. later that week he takes one yard for a 3run shot. he can pitch and bat that is what a team needs! good luck eagles.

richland raiders are really great! or at least that is what i think. me, i see that in the district it will end up with: 1st- richland/eagleville 2nd- richland/eagleville 3rd- chapel hill 4th- cornersville 5th- huntland 6th- cascade 7th- culleoka 8th- moore county/unionville 9th- moore county/unionville i do not attend any of these schools but i used to go to eagleville a few years back. we werent good but i played with the seniors that are on the team this year and i see that when they want something they get it. the seniors from eagleville will step up and take pride in their last season with high expectations and lead the eagles to their first ever state tourney. i have heard things about the pre-season jamboree and they never won a game. i still hjave a feeling that the eagles will take the district and turn it upside down, go on to region and shut them out. and have a great time in memphis this year! good luck eagles!! i have high hopes for you and i will watch yall play again this season. good luck lynch!

what are u 2 arguing about? when did chapel hill play ca and what was the score. i dont know what u are bragging about forrest 21 but the eagles are the ones u made it to region and played ca and only lost by one run in the bottom of the 8th inning. we played horrible against them and should have won! oh and forrest 21 who put u out in the district tourney last year. help me remeber cause i sure cant. oh yea wasnt it the eagles? i believe we did! i believe i deserve a good mark for that one!

forrest scrimmaged the atlanta braves and the new york yankees in a double header in chapel hill this weekend. rocket beat braves 3-2 and yanks lost 2-6. great job rockets!

miller and smith from the eagles are getting overlooked miller made region last year and district past two years. smith not sure baout i think he made district last year.both good pitcher taking eagles to the distance.
