  1. i know oriana has the ability to play college ball. she has a heck of an arm from what i saw last season, so im only guessing its gotten ten times better. she has a great swing and usually creames the ball whenever she steps into the box. she is extremely smart when it comes to plays and situations. its very rare to see a girl steal a base and be "safe", if they steal at all. i have never seen a catcher go all-out before. that girl will dive for a fair or foul ball, get knocked over at home then get up and throw out a runner at second, and just put her body on the line for the game. if thats not a true softball player, then what is? Good Luck this season O. Ill be watching you!

    All-District?

What does it take for a player to be awarded to All-District, or to All-State. What do they look for?

    SMITH COUNTY?

How is Smith County looking this year?
  4. I am pretty sure that Orianna wants to go to college playing softball. I think she is interseted in just about any college willing to offer a scholarship. She's worth it.

  8. I just have to say one thing. I have seen alot of teams compete. I have scouted alot of players from all over high schools in Middle TN, and Cookeville has, by far, the most players w/ the most talent. Baseball, Softball, Basketball, or whatever! The fact is, I've been everywhere looking at teams, but the only school that has a little bit of talent in this area is Cookeville. Sorry cooner, there's no need to be jelous, just work harder.

  10. I think Cookeville will have a good team this year. Lee Williams, Robby Adams, and Brady Adams are always impressive to watch. I think the pitching will be amazing, as always. The outfielders are fearless, and the catcher Adam Militana is a diamond in the ruff. He's hitting last year was unbelievable. I believe you can expect Cookeville to go the distance this year.
  11. I have been watching some of Cookeville's players working out, and i am here to warn their opponents... The pitcher, Erin Currier, and catcher, Orianna Knowlton, are stronger than ever and will be catching eyes this season. Their bats have improved two fold, and both have increased their arm strength ten fold. The juniors will be leading their team this season along w/ senior, Marie Lee, who has been improving by the minute. I suspect Cookeville will be a different and more aggressive team this year with their new leaders.
