  1. I realize that now. I just noticed the posts made by this account in the basketball section. I never once posted in the basketball section, and whoever did was just trying to start something. I was in hs at the time, and I probally left my account up on a school computer, and someone probally got on it. Doug
  2. I have not been on coacht in over a year, and I am now aware that someone got onto my account and talked a bunch of trash. I am a respectful person and would not want to offend anyone. I am not sure who posted under my name, but hopefully it won't happen again. Thanks Doug Daniel
  3. I know everyone is probably thinking Oakland is going to kill Coffee County but Coffee has one of the best players from around this area. I think everyone knows who I'm talking about. That's right J.J. Webster. Can anyone on Oakland hold him in check because he can't be stopped. Micah pass the rock.
  4. That's cool the ACC coaches are on the look for fresh new talent in the ACC. Coach K is going to scout THad Young from Memphis and Herb Sendik is going to scout Derrick Reese from Moore County way to go coaches keep up the good work.
  5. Region 5 had a strong showing at the state tournament. With Franklin of course carrying the load. All four of our 189 pound qualifyers placed. 103- Casteele(Oakland)- 3rd 112- Konz(Franklin)-2nd Sanders(brentwood)- 4th 119- Ortiz(Frk) 1st Pair(page) 3rd 135- Felix(Frk) 1st Holliman(Brentwood) 2nd 140- Felix( Frk) 5th 145- Konz(Frk) 1st 160- Davis(Frk)2nd 171- Martin(blk) 3rd, Haggard(Ravenwood) 6th 189- All four baby Meridith(blk) 1st, Kirn(frk) 4th , Opio(laverne) 5th Spencer(Ravenwood) 6th congratulations to all of our wrestlers!
  6. Tullahoma will win this one. It's senior night and the seniors have had a dissappointing year and will want to end it on a good note. Tullahoma has talent but hasnt been showing it at all this year. They will win this one tonight though
  7. JNT99, I wish Robbie a quick recovery and a great senior year of wrestling.
  8. Umm.. of course im serious...I wouldnt have posted if i wasnt.. Is that all u got?
  9. Give me a break... R u guys serious. Apparently ya'll havent seen moore co. play basketbal this year. There is a kid named derek reese that runs the point down in moore. He has been incredible everytime i have seen him play. I think he will be a perfect fit for herb Sindeck's squd at N.C State next year after the infamous Julius Hodge leaves for the NBA.
  10. Im tired of hearing about mIcah all the time when J.J. Webster is obviously the sole player who runs that team. J.J. is incredible on the boards and can shoot the rock from anywhere. I know every1 will agrre that he is the best player on the team but is he the best ever to come through Coffe County?
  11. I was quite impressed with MBAs' 189, Will Herbert at the Father Ryan tournament. Unfortunately he suffered an injury to what appeared to be his ankle. What is his status? Is he back on the mat? I hope he has a speedy recovery
  12. Who will come out on top in this district game? It's a very big game for both squads. Especially b/c lincoln just came off a big win at home against franklin co.
  13. Kenny Meridith has been wrestling 215 in dual matches. He wrestled there all weekend in Tullahoma. Martin however, stayed at 171. They had some other kid wrestling 189. This tells me they probally do not have a regular 215.
  14. I wasnt there when Cheatem County wrestled Northwest, but i am almost positive cheatem co. won. Tullahoma beat Northwest by a strong margin. Tullahoma also beat Cheatem CO. by about 10 points.
  15. How did these teams do in the duals matches yesterday? Who looked strong and what were the individual results?
  16. Has anybody heard what the 54a all region team is?
  17. Matt and Trevell do not quit. They run like its their last play, every play . But i think the other 9 guys are working hard. By no means does our defense quit. They are not fast, and sometimes players get confused. Tullahoma has not lost games because we quit. We are not quiters. We have just been beat.... I played in my last home game on that friday(as did the rest of our seniors). I am not good enough to play college ball. And its scary, ive got one game left. But for some reason im trying to plead my teams heart and character to some guy, who is determined to make me ashamed of my team. We love one another and we have worked hard. Right now we have 4 wins and 5 losses. But our heart and determination was right in all 9, no matter the outlook of wingman10. Anyways, good luck to columbia in the playoffs. If u guys play overton, wear them out..
  18. I agree with the previous post. I rarely post but often like to read other people's views. I do agree, Hillwood has and excellent team and I wish them well in the playoffs. Tullahoma would not have won even if they played their best game. Tullahoma had a hard time tackling and made too many mistakes offensively. But thats why Hillwood is very good; they took every mistake to their advantage. If tully doesnt screw up as much they might lose this game 35- 21 or 42- 28, and not get beat so bad. But as I said Hillwood made them mess up and then scored. Wingman10, i am in no way trying to start or agg on to one of ure many arguements. However I do feel that u are extremely negative and I dont think I have ever read one post of yours complimenting any team or player. Understand, people play football for the most part because they love it and they love their team. More kids than not, play their hearts out every friday night. Most schools have their down years and their up years. Thats a fact. So try to look at football from a diff view. And when you talk about the games, its not necessary to look for every negative, look for the positives, like how well hillwoods offense played or how its great that Jake nunley is running everywhere. Not just " how bad tully played" or how nunley is playing poor teams.
  19. Ok Im a junior in high school and Ive been lifting for about 3 and a half years now. Im one of the guys who will put in every minute in the weight room and do all of the work for a maximum effect. I used to think the more i worked out the better ide be, but i was naive in my freshman year and worked the same muscles way too much and plateaued. So every since then i still bust my tail, however i am always aftraid of plateauing. What would be a good recomendation of how many times per week to work different muscle groups? My high school does have a program, and it alternates reps on the cores. I also am contemplating whether or not to take creatine. I have researched quite a bit on it and i can see how everyone that reads this is going to have a different view. But if I do take it, is the loading stage necessary. I want to take it, i just dont want to take in that much at a time, is that stage necessary for creatine to benefit me in the weight room? Thx
  20. I am a player on Tullahoma. Going into this game Tullahoma was a pretty big underdog. What do people think of the outcome of the game. And the battle on tha field
  21. Tullahoma has won all but one, giving them a record of 9-1 or 10-1 i believe

    The REASON

Amen. Sports is not life and life is not sports, but I still love em w/ a passion and they shouldnt be played unless tha passion is there. GOod post cutter and o yea u better start preparing ure pregame and postgame sermons, seeing how ure gonna be our on field priest. Lol jk [Edited by BigRed62 on 4-30-03 10:19P]
