As a former member of the falcon track team, I would like to say: It is about time we get to host track meets at home! I hated having to travel all the way to Unicoi County every other week to meets. I am glad to see Volunteer sports stepping up the way they have! Good luck Falcons! GO T-O-double-D!!!!

I thought I would post something on this one since our other thread got locked! I wanna say great job Falcons!! What a great way to end our Senior year! Broke a school record for wins not only in basketball, but football too!! I wanna say thank you to the coaches for allowing me to have a part in this year's team. I had a blast. Every moment will be one to remember. You guys made my last year here a great one!! VHS2003, when are going to reveal yourself? Are you ever going to? I just can't figure you out! Go Falcons! Coach Stokely, you gained alot of respect from me. You have handled this whole situation very well. Thank you for representing Volunteer High School so well! Some people need to grow up. We lost. So what, it's a game!!!!! There will be more. People have good games-People have bad games. It is gonna happen. Some people just need to keep there noses in Elizabethton. I hate it that we lost, but we lost to a great team. I congratulate Elizabethton on their win and wish them the best of luck. We will bouce back from this. What's done is done. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger!!!

UNBIASED, I don't think that Mr. Tate is a butt when he gets around Tony. They often talk about how much they love sauceburgers! What has happened to VHS2003? We haven't heard from you in a while. I really would like to know what you thought of the game tonight.

I do have to say that the refs did a good job. There were only three times I remember that I had complained. (That says a whole lot coming from me!) I know that if the guys play like they did, then they will be very hard to beat! But you know what, that isn't gonna happen! Oh, great job Weston!

Cherrleaders will get respect when they earn it, just like any other sport. I was once a cheerleader. I know what it is like, but once you start doing things for the crowd and the game, the respect will come. I am not dissing on anyone, I am jsut speaking from personal experience. There are some cheerleaders out there just to be seen, then there are others out there for the right reason. I do think that cheerleaders should know the rules of the game! I mean, come on, my freshman year, I was the only one on the squad who knew what offense and defense was!! The basics need to be learned. Then the crowd should get involed! Get a few fun people in your crowd to get things stirred up, and soon, the entire student secton will be involved!! Basketball players may not like cheerleaders because all they think they do is wear short skirts, yell little rhymes, and curl their hair. Prove to them you are worth something. Decorate their locker room, or something nice like that and they will appreciate you more!!

I have heard both Hampton and North won the game. I am still not sure who won, but I believe that when the Falcons play North, No One will be mistaken on who won the game b/c we are going to give them a serious beating!!

Unbiased, I am promising you that it isn't Jamie! She says it isn't her and she would go on like that if it was her! You are still a mystery to me. You would have to work in Hawkins Co. It is obvious! Anyways, best of luck to the Falcons. We were so close on Friday. Play like you did and we'll have a victory! Send the Raiders home with their tails between their legs, and would someone wipe that ugly grin off of Scarcelone's face every time he scores!!! Do all of us watching that big favor!

Oh yeah, Stokomo, I loved the suit you had on last night at Cherokee. It looked really good!!!

MVP should go to the best player, not the best Senior (like someone previously stated). Chucky, by far, has gotten more rebounds and more points than Redd. Vince Redd is a very good player. I feel we will be watching him on TV one day, but he shouldn't get the award b/c he is graduating. His statistics do not match up with Chuky's, therefore Chucky desrves it.

Way to go guys. That was a great game! It would have been more fun if the student sectiong could have done what they wanted to instead of having the principal jumping down our throats every 2 minutes!! Congrats guys! VHS2003, congrats. You have us all in question who you are. You have gained respect from students, teachers and the coaching staff. You are a great mystery. I wonder who you are. I have gone through the process of elimination and still can't figure you out. You say you were there beside of Alex when he got thrown out of the game at Hampton, I was infront of him and I cannot think of who you could be. :confused: Ona different note, I feel that we are on to another victory at "The Teepee." The guys are pumped and ready to play, and the fans are ready for whatever the chiefs bring our way!! Go Falcons Go!!
