  1. Can anyone tell me if there are any big matchups for District 11A on opening night or the first week of the season? I'm mainly looking for district games. Are there any real good matchups to look for? I'm just curious which teams will be matched up to start the season.
  2. I'm not trying to say Huntland isn't the front runner of the district, but what exactly do they have to make so many people choose them as the pick of the pre-season? I'm honestly just curious, and not trying to be smart about it. Could some of the people who have Huntland picked to be the favorite help me out on understanding why they are suppose to be so good. Is it that they have a pair of really good guards, dominate post game, or just have a returning team who has more experience than the rest of the District's projected starting five? I'm really interested on hearing what makes Huntland so good. Agian, I'm not saying there not good and I'm not downing anyone in any way. So please don't take this question the wrong way. And please go into detail on your reasoning, Thank You.
  3. The answer to who can really win the District 11A is easy. Like any other district it's who ever plays every game like it's the last and never gives up. Coaching and atheletes will always get you a long ways but whoever is the hungriest really plays a big role in who has the district 11A title at the end of the year. I wish every team the best of luck.
  4. I appreciate all the information that has been posted for teams in the District 11A. Also, Checkurself, you seem to know alot about Eagleville. I'm going to hold you responsible for all the good things you said about this Sarah Karper player. I wish all the teams the best of luck in the up coming season. Please keep me updated on the games during the season.
  5. I was wondering if any one could fill me in on what the teams are looking like this year. I'm open to what ever anyone has to say. I ask that you only say what you know and not what you heard. Thank you.
  6. I feel that if Cascade stays focused, doesn't gamble too much, and plays good defense that it will be a game to remember. Moore County is a very tough team and it's gonna take 4 extremely hard played quarters to beat them. The key is for Cascade to stick to their defensive assingments and not to get down on theirselves and to move the ball quick but carefully. I wish the best of luck to both team and I hope for an injury-free game.

    Cascade

Does Cascade's boys have a chance to finish in the top three in the district tournament? I'm not up to date on the rest of the district teams status. Which teams are hitting on all cylinders? I need some opinions. Can anyone shed some light on this subject?

    Cascade

Not sure on who your refering to but, one of our starters about a week ago had some trouble breathing after a ball game and went to the hospital. I haven't spoke to him individually but, he played last night at MTCS and looked fine to me.
  9. Why is everyone choosing Cascade to go one & out in the District? Cascade has alot of talent on their girls team and if they can stay together and play 4 hard quarters you'll see a couple of upsets in the District this year. I'm choosing Cascade to be my sleepers this year. They've been up and down all year but, I'm expecting big things from them in the tourney. Overall, I wish all the teams the best of luck!
  10. I agree, the Lady Champs played better than they have been. But, it's gonna take more than just offense to survive in the district tournament. I wish them the best of luck.
  11. Does anyone have any predictions on the district tournament? How about any upsets? I need some opinions on what to expect.
