  1. I think my boys from the MC are going to run over the Bobcats. Marshall County is extremely talented and those boys are close just like a family(espicially the juniors). I wish both thems luck. But Marshall County is going to win this game. Also I read that Coach Johnson was using O'neal as the quaterback. When did this happen? I made it to the season opener and Jake was the quaterback. GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Thanks for the info, and tell Stacie, Stephanie, and Laura I said good luck. D [Edited by Dawgs on 4-4-03 9:27A]
  3. Can anyone tell me how they are doing this year? I havent had a chance to watch them this year, but I have heard and read that they are doing really well. Gail, if you read this just let me know. I know you keep up with them very well. Any thing you could tell me Gail or anyone else would be appreciated.
  4. I have seen him play many times this year. I would have to agree that he is under rated. I would take a team of him over a team full of Tyler Smiths because from what I have seen he has heart and loves the game. Keep up the good work Tristin. You will get what you deserve.
  5. Its true about Steely, but our talent has dried up in L'burg. We had a string of good players. And now the good ones left are not even on the team. So the way I see it is that once again we are going to be the laughing stock of the district in bball. But we should be fine in every other sport.
  6. The coach chant was a little far, but I enjoyed it. I really dont like the new coach. I am a loyal tiger, but I think they could have found a better coach. It would have been a better game if Stephon would have played, but rules are rules. Marshall Co. would have been better if the coach would not have kicked certain players off. All I have to say is that the Marshall Co. bball program is going down hill. There is not much talent left after this year. But what out for the Tigers they dont get rowdy at tournment time.
  7. i am not 100% sure, but i think sinjin is almost right. there is one exception if i remember correctly. if the ball has already moved across the line by another player, and they decide to give it to another player that hasnt and that player jumps in the backcourt, but catches the ball in the front court, but has not established his/her position in the front court. it is over and back. once again i am not 100% sure, but i believe that is how it is. maybe coach t can give us an official rule from a TSSAA rule book.
  8. I heard that it was a great game. Wish I could have been there but I was watching Lewisburg get creamed by Giles County. How did the scoring go for the Lady Dawgs in this one?
  9. I listened to the game on the radio, and it sounded like Woodward had a good night shooting hitting her first four shoots. Although the way it sounded from the radio broadcasters, Chapel Hill was having an off game. But that dont matter Cornersville got the "W" and thats all that matters. Congrats to Coach Landers and the Lady Dawgs! And good luck on the remainder of your season.
  10. No offense to Cornersville b/c I have friends there, but what were they thinking when they decided to join this tournment. I hope Coach Landers' plan of playing better teams to get ready in for district time works. I wish them all the luck in the world.
  11. Does anybody know what teams are going to be in this tournment? Any information would be helpful. Thanks
