Any big games this week? I can’t think of any… oh wait, Lipscomb plays Oakland! I have to admit, five years ago or so, the sage who is @Booger stated that CPA and Lipscomb would be powerhouses in the new AA and I laughed at him. I’m not sure how he predicted such, but it’s pretty impressive given where Lipscomb’s program was at the time.
Off the top of my head, so the accuracy may vary.
LA plays Oakland on Thursday in what most say is the game of the year so far. Maryville and Alcoa fans would probably disagree. It will be interesting for sure.
CPA plays at Cane Ridge.
Undefeated Lausanne and one loss ECS play teams I’m not familiar with…
BGA plays JP2. I think this should be a good game. BGA is really playing a stronger schedule this year.
New AA Davidson plays NCS after loosing for the first time in a long time.
Silverdale remains undefeated going into the week but plays a tough DCA team.
A one loss Webb plays GCA who appears to be having a down year so far.
I miss any big games?
BT, you might want to de-fog that mask, a little spit will work. GCA vs Webb. GCA is 4-1, first time in their history.

I believe T$$AA charges a $500 fee to broadcast a play-off game.
-
Doing good, thanks BPM. Hope you are as well. Helping out at Grace Christian this year. It's my grandson senior year, so i'm doing stats for them.
-
When the offensive player holds a defensive player in the endzone, it is a safety. Who, if anyone, gets credit for the 2 points. Asking as a stat guy. Thanks yall

24-7 CPA had one yd passing for the game. field held up through mid of the 3rd.

Good luck to my nado buddies on Saturday! I'll be wearing my official t-shirt all day. F5!

Had to come out of retirement and do stats tonight. CPA had the ball for 6.5 minutes that first half and scored 49. Haven't seen that for along time. Should be a good one next week, get to watch and not work.

No words can describe him. Just del. Stupid announcer tricks is and always will be the gold standard for threads on this board.
Found it. If you've never read it, read it -
Good call, Sol!

I still check the site, from time to time, just to make sure FBgirl and the folks from Milan are behaving.
Bighurt still has two years to go on his conviction, so he'll be posting when he gets out......

When does the clock start in basketball? -
CPA got taken to the woodshed or shelter. Great team and great victory. Do ya'll lose many for graduation? 13 was outstanding and was nice to see GR discover the forward pass!
Good to meet all the "goonies", bunch of average looking guys. Not a knuckle-dragger among them. Enjoyed our meeting and thanks.
-
Was that a F6?
-
Ok, Goonies, where are we meeting pregame? My shirt is clean and pressed.
-
As a honorary member of the "good squad" (yes I have THE official t-shirt), I look forward to meeting my brethren on the plastic field at TT. Ya'll try to behave this week and have a safe trip over Friday.

I don't have an Ingle Martin portrait by my bedside
I do.

He really is a great guy just don't tell him I said that.
BPM, pay no attention to the peanut gallery.
-
Just don't think CPA knows much about them. Undefeated says a lot, so looking forward to the opportunity to play. Should be a good one. Love to have you in the house, stop by the pressbox and say hey. Just don't seem right that we didn't get to play the dawgs this year!
-
Well done, BPM. Keep bringing the wood!
-
Go Dawgs!

A couple of folks have said if the ball reached the end zone in the air it would have been Alcoa's ball on the twenty. I've never heard of that? Have you? Or I could be misunderstanding them...
That is correct. If he had kicked OB, it would've been Alcoa's ball on the 20, as well.
-
Great game! If you had told me before the game that CPA would out rush Alcoa and that Alcoa would have more completions and yards passing, I would've asked for a shot of whatever you were drinking. Two great programs and fans, looked forward to meeting up again.
