The Cumberland County Lady Jets claimed the regular season title with a 71-34 victory at Rhea County Friday night. Here are the standings: Cumberland County 8-1 Cleveland 6-3 McMinn County 5-4 Bradley Central 5-3 Walker Valley 2-7 Rhea County 0-8.

Cumberland County 2, Bradley Central 0 The Lady Jets beat Bradley Central for the first time in at least three years. This puts them in the region next week against either Soddy-Daisy or Ooltewah.

Cumberland County beat Rhea County 13-0 Wednesday night to improve to 28-2 overall and 7-0 in District 5AAA. They are playing in Cookeville's Tournament Friday and Saturday.

The current standings for District 5AAA are: Cleveland 5-2 Cumberland County 4-2 Bradley Central 2-3 McMinn County 1-3 Rhea County 1-3 The Rhea County at McMinn County was postponed Monday night and reset for Wednesday. Bradley Central hosts Cleveland, while Rhea County hosts McMinn County tonight.

Does anyone know the District 5AAA records of Cleveland, Bradley Central, McMinn County and Rhea County? Cumberland County is 6-0, behind that I don't know.
