theres nothing wrong with a 2:20 1st 800 of a 3mile just like there is nothing wrong with running your best 400(63 at the time) 1st lap of a mile

It was 5k and it has alot of hills and the ground isn't even the whole way (this course was much like industrial)

steeplechase is a running event with 4 steeples and one with water you must try to jump over for high school it is 2k and college 3k im a national bronze medalist in it
