In our region, the best returners from last year are a guy from red bank with 10'6, my teammate with 10'6, and me with 10'6. We have all beaten each other at some point in time and are all 3 seniors.

Yeah, sorry about us not having our bleachers yet, they have just started with them, so there is no way that it will be finished then. :'( We have 3 of our 6 lights now though.

Well that's what I've heard, supposedly the year before he got that record he took them and was disqualified, but you say its false, so maybe it wasn't true only way to find out is to look it up, but I do not have the time.

Did you check the length of the track? Are you sure it wasn't a 300? Theres only been one person to run 43 before and he took steriods.

you didn't let him beat you in track either did you? btw the course was short i think at fastest he would have ran 16:24 3mile i think it was 2.8ish

well ive been running 60mpw until this week and ive moved up to 65 100mpw is not really that much i mean i know someone who runs 25miles in one day so 75 in a 5day isn't that unbelivable (btw im the guy who i know who runs 25miles in one day)
