I think that this year 8AAA will be very interesting. Lincoln Co is returning 7 starters and their hitting is coming along very well. Coffee County always has a solid team. props goes to Columbia.. they are a very hard-working and dedicated team. they will be hard to handle.. but good luck to everyone and i will c all the girls on the field! thats where it all goes down!!!

i think that Troy Smith from Lincoln County is a very good coach! He knows the game really well and all the girls respect him highly! He is a very aggressive coach.I also think that Jeff Breedan from Riverdale is a good coach! I have looked up to him as a coach since he was coaching at Coffee County!

I think that Lincoln Co. is going to pull this one out. I have watched them play numerous of times and they have a great team. Their coach knows what he is doing and i'm sure he'll have something up his sleeve tonight! Good luck lady falcons...GET R DUN MEL!!!!!!!

This really touched me. Everyone needs to realize everything that it says in that story.. Nothin is possible without GOD!

but you have to agree pc got the better end of most of the calls 0 out of 0 come on now. have you ever seen a game like that before. on some of those turnovers pc had stown gaurds by the arm, really most of the night. don"t you think pc got away with a couple of charges manly the elbows by aw?

ptguard12 that"s funny. you know very little about phil willard if you belive that.he has never had a one man team and he never will. i"m sure he would nver use lovett,long franks,scott,little lovett,t tucker,petterson, get my point.noway they put those numbers up in summertown. they wouldn"t have to they would have to share minutes like everyone else.i think you played at pcyou really need to remove your pc glasses when talking about these two kids. they are very good, no they are great but at summertown they wouldn"t need tobe great just fit in the program.trust me i know more about summertown then you will ever know.

ptguard12, i think you are wrong on noone from summertown being able to beat a team with just 1 player.brittany lovett could score 25 a night on anyone if she had to.you say perry co is more talented, i say how. talant is the team not just 1or2 people.summertown has a more talented team top to bottom.if edney or weatherly played on summertown they would not put up the numbers they do in perry co. in phil"s system no one has a chance to put those numbers up.the starters play less time then any other starters in the district.i"ve also seen where endey and weatherly would have 20 or more points in games they blow people out . i think pc coach leaves these 2 in way to long when the game is all but over. i wonder why??????????????? this would never happen in summertown.i think both would averge around 12 to 15 agame on this summertown team. one more ?. summertown will play anybody anytime,pc i think plays teams they know they can beat outside the district.i think they would do better playing better teams outside the district. peaceout

Brittany Lovett, Emily Franks are two really good players.. Lovett has a lot of talent, and looks over the court really well to see the open player...Franks is very affective in her post game and gets lots of rebounds...

does anyone know of a good 14 aau team a stud player is looking for a team. she played up on tennessee express 15 last year .plays the 1 or 2 spot.she is very good .

i to would like to comment about both these teams two great teams with loads of class you could tell these two teams really respected each other i think both teams will do well this year stown had not played a team with this many players that could score loretto is very good on offense very much enjoyed the game thanks girls for agreat game peace out

[ tyfry you need to quite crying about stown game mp played starters the whole game even against stown subs why didn"t mp play his sub more so maybe he could find some depth for his team all stown runs is man to man traps so you have to let your subs work on what you do so they can be pepared in close games if you don"t want blowed out work harder and give your bench more playing time in blowouts so you can develope your future players peace out

I personally think that Summertown will come out with this one.

Haley Lovett from Summertown is my pick as one of the best Freshmen. That girl can shoot, pass, and has very good ball handlin skills

hurricane you may be very right he has took a joke program that nobody cared about or respected and turned it into avery proud and respected program every knows now when you play stown you better bring your a game i dont know of any team that works as hard as a willard coached team and it seems if they will be good for awhile another thing that most people dont know is their are 3 high school teams in lawrence county so the talent is spread out stown gets no respect from this county 4 radio stations am and fm and noone brings stown games they hate stown . pc coach is good to but he is the only high school in pc just my two cents

watch out for brittany lovett and emily franks...those girls are 2 of the best out there..Summertown has a great team and all the girls have the heart...i know i'll be there watchin...good luck girls

I've been hearing about all these good teams and players, and i have yet to see anyone put somethin about any of their girls on here. Has anyone seen them play? I heard they are suppose to be a good competition this year?

Brittany Lovett, Haley Lovett, and Emily Franks from Summertown High School. They were on the summertown team that made it to the state in 2004, and the team is coming back even stronger this year... These 3 girls are big factors for this team..Yes, there are more that if it wasn't for them the team wouldn't make it far, but these 3 point out to me more than anyone. They give it all on the court.. So everyone needs to watch out for these girls, and also the whole team in dominating many things some thought they wouldn't..Go Eagles!!!
