Pioneer8991, it's nice to hear something positive from you. Smith and JohnE, I wouldn't expect anything but negativity from you or Tanga. That is all you have shown since your glorious victory in the Nurseryman's Bowl. What this program needs is support, unconditional support from people who want to see this program improve, not simply point out the deficiencies. We know there are problems, and the biggest one is that kids don't want to play. You have some kids on this board who are playing and they have to listen to this mindless griping from you people. DO NOT discourage those playing. Encourage the ones who think there is no hope. These changes are more improvement than stadiums, offensive or defensive systems, or coaches.
