he ledt soddy the first time because they have a jerk for a coach and red bank picked him up.red bank was not his first choice ooltewah was.why? because 50% of ther players played on his summer team(rice/kurtley/saunders/bannon and others so thats where he wanted to be. he left ooltewah because he was not asked back or told not to come back or even given a reason as to why.so i take it you are a upset red bank parent who has no facts as to why you are upset with lamar.(go figure) this thing is alot deeper than i went into.

yea he did. i cantfigure out what they mean by that statement.please explain?lamar has been around along time and been a big factor in alot of girls lives to the positve.soddy was lucky to get him back and ooltewahs loss.i think if it was his choice he would have still been at ooltewah but like soddy 2 years before he got no respect.ooltewahs lossand soodys gain that he went back.

hixson has a good softball team but they are beatable and have played alot of close ballgames this year.no team in this area are so solid that everyday they go out they are garranteed victory.i think that all the districts there are going to be some surprises so dont lock any one up just yet.

she needs to be set out for the rest of the year. i dont care what happened.a kid like that is not going to go anywhere any way and relects poorly on your team.

so right. you got to be ready to play these games.like i sais in my earlier post you cant lose to week teams and win the big games.cumberland has a tradition of winning this district and it wont change for a while.

i am not saying that they are a bad team. i saw them beat a real good powell team and did it with ease.you just have to be playing on your game right now and cant lose to teams like central.

bradley has a good team but i think a group of all stars is going over board. they lost to chatt central monday nite which doesnt say to much since central is not a very good team.dont no much about cumberland but history will probably repeat itd self in this game with cumberland winning.

summer ball is where i got all the attention from college coaches.my school ball coach didnt help me do squat nor did she do anything for anyone else on the team that i know of. school ball is fun to play but for the most part its a joke.if you want to play college ball stay with or get on a good summer team anf have the biggest ego you can have and enjoy it.

these balls were hit in the trees. branches were falling off. they put a guy behind the fence just to retrieve the balls.there were other hits that were caught by the outfield on both sides that were hit deep.

what a home run fest this game was.red bank came out strong and then ooltewah came fast and furious to set there pitcher down.there were alot of long balls hit in this game.

it will be a better game this time no matter who pitches.i dont think red bank wants to throw up the white towel again.

yes i seen it work this weekend when we played a play in game at the soddt tournament and the jv played the whole game anf the varsity got to rest a game.we went on a trip this season and played 7 games which we went undefeated and 2 games the jv played.yes it works if you have the players to fill 2 teams and we do,.

i agree with you.some schools are afforded the opportunity to field a full varsity and jv team and it helps in the coming years for the team.

i think its a head thing with our kids when it comes to soddy.the teams that have beaten them we have already beaten.its not that they are that better. dont take me wrong they have good players and have earned the respect they get.

yes you are correct.our goal is just to make it to the region and go from there.we seem to get bases loaded all the time and cant get the run in.we do have more girls then thomas that can hit the speed stuff but have a hard time with the off pitch or slow balls.i think this team will still be ok because the girls are really united this year and pull for each other when they make a bad play and support that player which is a good thing.we have just got to not make the easy play turn into a game costing play like it has the last couple weeks. but the bottom line is these kids are just that kids and are going to make a bad play every so often.
