I think it all depends on what you need to work on. Obviously, fundamentals need to be perfected on the tee before going on to a moving ball. Though if you are working on timing soft toss, machine, and live are best. The key is to get quality swings in, but it takes 10,000 times to make something a habit! In college, we have a variety of each, but a tee is where it becomes a habit.
