Wow.. This year is so different than last in the sense that the teams that are going to be competing for the 4x800 state title haven't even broken 8:10.. AAA is so weak this year.. Will we even have a AAA team break 8:00 this year???

I agree that he has an outstanding shot at winning nationals next year but what gets me is how you act like that no one else in this state even deserves to be mentioned in the same sentence with him....

Wow.. It looks like I got hurt at the wrong time... With the Siegal guy running 1:56 last night and Knox running 4:25 at Vol my chances at making state are on the line... Kinda scary but this is what makes track fun... Gotta step up to the challenge.. Congrats to all that did well..

I have no idea why we got dq'd but it doesnt really matter because we sucked... Ginni didn't finish because she stopped to help the girl in front of her that fell down... This has been a ###### up year but it isn't over yet...

Our splits were 2:16,2:23,2:10,2:15.. For some reason it said we got dq'd in the results...

That would be me.. 3rd leg... I tied my 8th grade pr... Like justme said I have been injured for about 3 weeks right now and my times keep gettting worse... I'm going to pt for my knee and will end up taking a week or more off and prob. won't race again till sub-region.. Just an insight on how this injury has been affecting me; on March 25 I ran 2:01 and 4:40 basically all alone and I felt like I could've gone alot faster in both, on April 6th my knee started bothering me and I ran 2:04 at Mccallie, at Taco Bell I ran 4:47 for the full mile and the field there was stellar, then yesturday at Vol Classic I went 2:15 in the 4x800 and 4:51 in the 1600... I was in the best shape of my life and then it just hit me.... O, well there is still next year.. Uh, who are you justme??

I am confident that Bumbi will not TRIPLE after watching Strang race to a 9:18 all alone last night... He will push Bumbi in the 3200 and 1600 and Bumbi will not be able to hold off the field in the 800... Mark my word.... Haha, I could be crucifying myself right now.. O well...

I'm glad somebody finally broke 2:00 in the 800 even tho it was Bumbi. Tomorrow should be pretty interesting with us going up against Mccallie... Keeping my fingers crossed for a good mile time...

Hmmm... My last post wasn't suppose to be funny... O well... So far my fastest relay split has been 2:00 and my fastest open 2:02.... I ran both of these in the same night and also did the 1600... I'm not going to get to run the 800 again for 2 more weeks.. Who will you have to go against in your section to make it to state???

I run the 400, 800, 1600, 4x400, and 4x800.. This year we are mainly focusing on good performances in the 800 and 1600 at state for me.. If it looks like our 4x800 team will have a chance to compete for the state title I will be more than happy to drop the 1600.. How fast has ur guy ran so far??
