It wasn't the ending that you wanted mustangs, but you have done things that no other team from Loretto has done before. Everyone is proud of you and your accomplishments. Good Luck to the seniors (Lamm, Wiseman, Hoffmeyer, Kizer, Cox, Newton) and to you underclassmen for next season. Keep a new tradition alive.

In the Mustangs 8-2 win over Marshall Co. today they looked as good as they have all year. Pitching, hitting, and defense were all there. Congratulations boys! Let the road to state begin.

Mashall Co. at Loretto has been cancled for today. Schedule for tomorrow: 3 games will be played at Loretto. GM 1 Loretto vs Marshall Co. 1:00pm GM 2 Spring Hill vs Giles Co. 4:00pm GM 3 (Loser of 1) vs (Loser of 2) 6:00pm Championship game will be Friday.

Marshall Co. at Loretto is on for now, but is not looking like it will be played today either.

Different crew, same association.

Will Cox, two out, bases loaded single to left. The umpires were from an association in between Spring Hill and Mt. Pleasant. The worst officiated game, for both teams that I have ever seen at ANY level of baseball.

Well said Buford...Lamm looked great on the mound the other night and at the plate...as did the rest of the mustangs against a very good pitcher from Page in Matt Bowling. If Loretto can hit like that against that type of pitching, even though it wasn't ideal pitching conditions, they are going to have a great year. Good Luck Mustangs!

I'm with you buford except I would switch Spring Hill and Giles County. They lost alot from last year, but they do have Scott Blair coming to coach.
