Who is doing the kicking/punting for DB this season. With Gouge and RC graduating I thought that would have dropped off, but by the paper reports looks as if DB's kicking was as good as usual.

Joe Erwin from DB, was a QB, now plays D you will hear his name on every play.

dobyns Bennett v Science Hill - reason Science hill have been in the shadow of DB for quite a while and quite simply science hill hates everything about DB especially the coach.

Will Erwin just play on D this year or will he do any QBing. Mind you he is a hellever Defense!

Sorry I am from across the water in the UK so have never heard of it. Do they play this with hands or feet? and is it competitive, or are all these posts just wind ups??

Science hill have a lot of people returning, but it could be one more year for them before they are at their best. DB lose their 3 best players this year and cant really see anybody there good enough to step up. So no real threat from the NE end of the state

I know this is a high school website, but these are the future high schoolers in a few years. What is a good team, anybody have any younger siblings who play?? Any good players who will be in high school in a few years, who will win the state tournament at these younger ages???

I coached against the Dragons when you were u-13, it was my first tournament with the team and you beat us 6 - 0 I think or it could have been more??? Just like to tell you that if you have continued on the same path you were on than you must be a good player. Good luck to all teams, the state tournament is always goo, I was down there in the fall with my u-11, real good experience.

There is rumour up here in the NE of the state that the ETSF Falcons could be a good game for a few teams. That is the team and the coach spreading the rumour not me...

Just wondering are the best players in Nashville and Memphis playing high school soccer or are they playing club ball. Always amazises me that Knoxville teams are the powerhouse teams in High school soccer even being nationally ranked but are they that good when they are playing club ball. Are teams from Knoxville, Diadora, Crush... ranked in the state or region in club ball.

I coached a team up here in NE TN against the 88 dragons and they were a quality side, the best we had seen. It is a shame they have split up. They had one player, who was asian who is one of the best players I had ever seen at that time. I put my fastest player on him and he did not get anywhere near him. Does anybody know this kids name?

DB v Science hill is a huge rivalry in the NE. problem for science hill is that DB win the majority of the games have done for a long time. Science hill fans are not the nicest bunch of people!

Both Db players got shut down by Sullivan South last night on one of the worst fields I have ever seen. DB will have to improve from this game if they are going to make a run at state.

Anybody have an opinion on the best players up in the NE of the state. Seen a few DB games and Weatherford runs the show for DB. Rhyne Hamnett is also looking a step above the others. Colin Campbell for Sullivan Central looks real good, shame he is not on a better team!
