All of you guys ragging on our player that hangcleans 310 need to stop. I realize that weight lifting is not everything he was responding to someone who said that hang cleans were where all the power was and we needed to focus on that. I know this player personally and he is a good frined and I watched him hangclean 310 on max day which i know has gone up. sd189 you think you are gods gifts to football running backs. please list your name so I know your not hiding. And the person that called him the don, are you some sort od lap dog of his, get your own success. My guesss is sd189 is **** *******, I don't think any one else is that cocky, but two cycles of magic juice gives people a huge advantage i admit. And ill say lets leave the talking for the actions on the field.

What is this i hear about watching out for the same central team this year that beat the oh so horrible tradition gone every other team praising god we left them alone about being beaten by there same team in 10 seconds, im not worried, if we were horrible how can a # 1 region contender almost loose to us. None of you got your miracle, Red Bank is not dead. Too bad you have to deal with us all over again.

Fabry from Red Bank is an outstanding quarterback, I have never seen anyone handle pressure like he has and at time all the way back to 8th grade no one takes more abuse than he does. Don't be surprised when we run an option and he scored a touchdown from 30 yrds away.

Soddy definetly has us beat at the moment, but no one else is even close to us in off season preparing, neither red bank or soddy really has an off season go lions

O'neal is going to be an awesome upcoming sophmore from red bank, he squats 375 and benches 250 and he is just going to be a valued underclassmen player on our team this year.

Patrick Siler will definetly suprise ppl this year. He has a great leg and strong mind with a conctient attitude. He'll kick for about 800-1500 yards.
