Theres several good players. I think Glory Johnson is the best athlete in the state. I think Kayla HUdson is the best overall and best all around player in the st ate. I think Lanning is also one of the best in the stata but I am not going to forget Jenkins from Wilson Central. She is the best AAA all around player. Everyone seemed to kind of leave her out because her team didn't make it to state. She is truly good.

nobody said on here that Mcminn was better or that Bradley was better than Cumberland or Cleveland. Somebody said that these two were sideshows and I think that is a little bit off. In District 5AAA anything can happen. At this point I would go with McMinn and Cumberland as the two strongest teams. Your point of WV being as good as any of the above is a little off base. They beat none of the above at any time except early in the season beat CHS without Simpson. I think these four are fairly evenly matched but would say that Cleveland is third best and Bradley fourth best in the district but that doesn't mean that any of them can't beat any of them next week. BTW, have you watched Leah Frazier and Shonda Smith lately? Two of the best players and most underrated in the district. They would start for any of the above teams. Harris would too.

don't show your ignorance or stupidity by blaming the refs on your loss. That makes you sound really redneck. Then don't blame lossing a player on a coach. WV has has players quit so has Central, Bradley, Cleveland, and all other teams. Surely all those coaches are that stupid or maybe you shoud become a coach yourself. I bet if you go back a few games and look at foul counts your team shot twice as many foul shots in the games they won than the team you beat. In fact I was at one of the games that it happened. Its easy to blame losing on the refs. just face the facts that you are now playing AAA. Things aren't the same as the good old days. Look at the record now. Who beat you all. it was the AAA schools. Who did you bet. it was the AA and A schools. So don't blame the refs for any of your loses. That makes you sound dumb. But I still think you are not a WV fan anyway but someone hiding under a WV mask. I still think you are a resentful McMinn fan because all your posts are about McMinn in some way or other. Maybe even the girl who quit McMinn? Jerry Quirk is doing a great job there. Much better than the boys coach but I won't get in to that. A story for another board. But not any of you should blame the refs. Foul don't indicate the true story. I was there. It was bad called at times for both teams. Both coaches were angry. Redneck to say you got cheated though. besides the boys game was worst than the girls didn't you think?

McMinn vs Walker valley and Bradley vs Cleveland. Both big matchups and rivals

Bradley by six. the way they came back in the McMinn game made a believer out of me. What about McMinn-Walker Valley tonite? Will the cherokees continue there losing ways?

Well that is just about embarrassing for the lady cherokees. What is the sam hill happened? Walker Valley, Cleveland and everybody else that has played OHS has had no trouble. To be a good team you have to play more than five players. I have seen the ladies play now on four occasions and could have ever only seen six players enter the game.

AAA winner Keke Stewart from Oak Ridge. finalists should be Jackie Pickel as definite finalist and either Mooney, Foster or a Memphis girl as the third finalist.Don't know about AA but the girl from TN Temple should be a finalist in A. Throw out some stats from these candidates

Coach Smith lets Terrance talk back to him way too much. Coach Smith should get a handle on him or everyone else on his team is going to get so mad and upset that the team will not make it past region. But I did watch him at McMinn and in the first half was pure awful and then in the second half kept shooting and brogt them back. But I also watched his attitude on the court. Horrible. Terrance is the cockiest player I have ever seen play down there at Bradley. They had some awfully good players at Bradley the past few years with the Hares, Carpenter, the Pughs and Pickel. All these players could run circles around Terrance as complete players but he is probably the best shooter of all them. But I watched Bradley play alot of their games and never one time saw any of those players act the way Terrance does. It is just awful the way he is allowed to act. To me he can win a game for them but he can lose them just the same. If he would just worry about winning instead of telling Coach Smith what to do or pointing his fingers at the other players or fussing with the referrees or talking to the crowd or any of the other things that good players should not do he would be good. I know even at McMinn when Bradley used to always win with the Hares. Pickels and Pughs that we hated to lose but we really respected Bradley and wanted them to go on. That is not the case now and it is because of the way he is aloud to act out there. But I still think that Bradley will win the district

Bradley, Mcminn in a toss up. If Pickel and Eldrige are hitting I go with Bradley or if Castor and Smith are hitting I go with Mcminn.

For those of you doubters. I liked what I saw at Walker Valley last night. Lamar Caslin is one of the finest shooters in the district. He may not be quite the player as Oglesvie but he is an awesome shooter. Walker Valley I think may be one of the top three teams in the district. They may surprise some teams this year and I think they already surprised one last night. Bradley is probably the best in the area then McMinn Central. Wonder why they never play each other? Then McMinn County is a top five. I would have to put Waler Valley in the top ten and in front of Cleveland.
