Speaking of races why don’t we all get together and go to this one http://www.dyestat.com/3state/HI/3xc/iolani/index.htm could you see trying to get this past you athletic director?

I will look into it but I was thinking we should us Fletcher Park. We just need two trophies one boys and one girls and who every wins gets to hold it for one year till the next race and so on. No entry fees and no one school makes money from it, that would never work. We just need to get a two big nice trophies donated then we could make it happen.

What is your favorite workout? Not the easiest I want to know what is your hardest and which workouts get the best results for you.

I will agree it looks like a close race Kyle K. has looked strong but all of the area guys have been working hard so it would be a great race as far as girls Tiffany has looked strong but I coached Jackie and I know what she is capable of it is all up her motivation and training Brittany and Alyson both have been working hard and want to do good I think a meet just between Cleveland , Bradley and Walker Valley would be great just a small three way meet but some how we need to keep it as just a friendly competition I could see it getting out of hand real quick

that will change like you said when it is time to peak you guys are lucky you have both (coach & runner) and I would love to see someone from this are win state those teams out west are good but we don't get our share of the respect . GOOD LUCK

Thank you 800trackmom I hope we can to. It has been a tough season on us but we have a great group of kids and everyone wants to run well. We have been blessed with a great group of kids. Also we are grateful that coaches of other sports let their kids play both sports. Hopefully everything will work out. (For both of us)

Thank you for the score and for the kind words. Our girls have really been working hard and showing a lot of heart even in practice. Looks like your guys had a good race they have been wanting and needing that. I am sure they will have more. I hope your morale problems get better. I’m sure they will those things have a way of working them selves out. Congratulations again to you guys.

Hey where are the results from the AF Bridges meet I wanted to see all of the times

CCS has a great coach and a lot of runners. They look pretty strong but I am not real sure how they stack up in the rest of the state. I would bet that they know and know what they need to run to win the state. So I would say don’t count CCS out just yet

I had to work at the fire dept. today. I told our team about the race and said it was up to them if they wanted to run or not. We are not forcing them to run a lot of meets this year we are trying to focus on training with only one race or maybe two a week at the most. By the way how did the race go?
