Well guys one more game left for us and its been great talking football and smack with you all. I probably wont be on much after this as its my sons last year. Hopefully he will play college somewhere and I can yell some more. I have made alot of friends on here and I am sorely gonna miss you all especially Mr. Coach T, Waco, Bud and Skunk, and of course last but not least Coach B and my cohort Mr. Back in Black.I hope your seasons all end well with hopefully all healthy young'uns and Db I hope you take it on to State you have done a wonderful job this year. And Volunteer you have stepped it up and I am proud of you boys, Timmy, Jonathan, and Mr. Barlow. I am gonna miss you all. Take care of yourselves and remember how much Football will teach you about Life boys. Competition, Rivalry, Friendship, Discipline, Heart, Being a Warrior and so much more that it teaches. Take these lessons and live boys because thats what life is about ..... Living. Some people just exist...... They never learn to LIVE and I know you all will because you have been a FOOTBALL PLAYER, COACH, PARENT, AND FAN. LOVE YA'LL

No disrespect meant to Mr. Thomas or Coach Wamp, I was saying to make it a good game and show them they can play with them. Yes Danny belonged to us and played with us for many years. He has turned into a great athlete. We are proud of him. I look for this to be an emotional game and Danny and Jared were always big rivals even tho on the same team, but they played together and side by side no matter their differences. I want the boys to get out there and play a good game and enjoy theirselves as they have nothing to lose and to remember why they enjoy the game and all the memories of all their years together with Danny, Wamp and now their new coach. I am proud of them all. We know Danny had to move when his dad moved his practice to Bristol, but dont hold a grudge for that, Tim is a great guy, Dad and coach as he coached when our boys were little. We are all still family even tho different schools. Just remember he was ours first and where he came from lol. Good luck Danny and Wamp lets have a great game.

Boys its been 4 great years and I want to tell each and every one of you Seniors I have loved you kids and the game you play so much. I have never seen a bunch of kids with as much heart as you have. Yeah we have been screwed outta games and we have screwed ourselves in games but thats football. You have always played hard tho like the true warriors that you are. I am really gonna miss you guys. I hope you all play football somewhere in college so I can come and ring my bell for you again. To the game this week, get out there and have fun and remember why you play the game and why you love it so much and make it an awesome rivalry game against Thomas and Wampler, show them that you are not gonna lay down to them and give them the fight of the season, make me proud and make your Senior Night one to remember boys its your last and remember I love you all and I hope I have kept you all fed well. Every team that we have played except maybe the South game due to our extensive injuries, knows they were Played by the Golden Raiders, you didnt get your butts stomped and you did some stomping back, maybe you have regained a modicum of respect back for such a small team. I dont think any other team in the league is playing iron man like we are, every play of the game. For one thing its how you are raised, learning how to be a survivor, being an example, and no you arent always born with it. You teach kids how to react to situations, because all in all it really is how you react to things in life and the choices that you make, that make you what you are. I could have babied him and made him a sissy momma boy, but no you dont do that you tell them to stink it up and go back out there, things of that nature. I havent had the easiest life in the world and I had to learn how to be tough and survive and that my friend is what I have taught my son, survival of the fittest. Some people have their lives handed to them on silver platters and dont learn the important things in life that people in less well off situations do. I however have learned to survive, be happy with what I have, Love the ones I am with and dont ever let anyone steal my power, and always give thanks to God for the lessons I have learned from life. I might not know all the fine points of football, but I taught my son to be a tough kid, good morals and a big heart, these boards are for fun and friendly rivalry, you are coming on here making statements that do not need to be made. And I dont think we got beat by a better team, we beat ourselves, and Unicoi took advantage, it was neck and neck until overtime. We had our chances and there were mistakes made, by everyone. It takes a team to win and we didnt seem to play team ball last nite. Injuries didnt help either. Key players still having problems hurt us as well. Unicoi is a much improved team with a great attitude and a great coaching staff as well. I respect Coach B more than anyone I know out there. They played with heart, and class and it showed. And that little number 21 hes slicker than an oiled pig, that kid can move. I am proud of both teams playing til the end, no give just playing with everything they had. An Awesome ballgame and I had to give Unicoi kudos for beating you guys on home turf, just the principle. They deserved it.

GLee This was a great Game we played hard, they played hard. It was a great game all the way around. Cleanest game I think I have ever seen in fact and from what I understand when Unicoi played yall they got the same treatment we did over there. Unicoi boys my hats off to you and Coach B yall played well and are very much improved over prior years. Alot of heart there on your team as well. Congrats to you.

Cookie was not cheap shotted. We all know this and thanks for all your concern. We are hoping to hear soon what they are to do. And thanks be to God it looks like quite a few of our boys are being recruited this year to colleges, I am very proud of them. They are blood and gut players who never quit, they might get surprised and sidewinded sometimes, but quit they never do. Ya gotta give that to them. I am sure they have surprised quite a few people this year. They just keep pluggin. And I might not have got my words right, I wasnt talking about the penalty being on Crowder, it was the next set I was talking about. No one said anything about the Cooke injury. That was exactly as it was. It was other things that I am talking about. The cuts at the end of the game to Summeys knees, the punching of others runners knees and twisting their ankles in the piles is what I was talking about. You know what go somewhere, I ring my bell because literally our fans are horrible. You go to gate city or any where else and they are loud and ringing bells and airhorns.
