The kid is a good athlete, but he isn't that good w/o the help of his teammates! If LC doesn't show up to play as a team Friday and go hard every play, Fulton will blow right through them!

We are 3 and 0 and you are 0 and 3 so I don't think you have much to talk about. Just wait till you play AE and go to 0 and 4 . And we do have more than Hightower and our coaches know it unlike your coaches that seem to try to showcase one player.

Well I think you will be proved wrong Friday. The Chiefs will go home with their head dresses between their legs. I'm may not be a fan of Loudon but I have to say they will whip the Chiefs. Sequoyah plays in the lamest region in the state. Just one win gets you in the playoffs where you get killed the first round. There is not one team in region 2 that you could compete with, I just wish you had to play the mighty Panthers this year and you might change sports like chess or something.

The team looks good so far. They are playing with alot of heart AS for the O coordinator David has done an excellent job in the first two games. The test will come when we meet some better opponents. From what I've heard that team on the other side of the river could use a new head coach and o coordinator. There seems to be a lot of angry fans and parents at the direction that the team has taken.

Well it looks like the Panthers have got things going even though they have not faced a quality team yet the numbers look impressive. Any thoughts on the rest of season? By the way out hearts go out to Loudon on their second straight loss. See you at the end of the season........

The Panthers are for real this year. They have got a been down the past couple but watch out for them this year. Our county rival stands no chance this year..............

Walker Valley has better coaches

How did the teams look at the jamboree. I only seen the last two quarters. I was impressed with Sweetwater's back (Latham) he will be hard to stop. Over all LC played them good. The next quarter was not impressive in any way. Central was able to move the ball but had too many turnovers. Loudon could not get anything going except for the last 45 seconds where they managed a field goal after a turnover.

How is this team going to be this coming year? Considering I was kicked off, i'm not sure. Any stand outs or players to look for?

Does anyone know how Lenoir City's team will be this year? I know they didn't lose many people and returning Tuck and Mowery should be a threat to their district and region competitors.

rbmingie, you right Loudon did play a good game against Lenoir City. I'm not saying Loudon is horrible or not. I don't understand you Loudon people, just because someone takes great pride in their hometown team you dish them. As for the game, yes Loudon did whoop LC up and down the field, but I thought it was kind of dirty what you program did to those LC players in their Locker Room. Spraying water everywhere to make one the LC kids fall is just down right dirty, but hey it's Loudon what do you expect! LC FOREVER AND ALWAYS! GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!

#12 is Jesse Johnson on the LC Varsity team, I believe he is the punter as well as one of the runningbacks. #2 is Chris Cousins, he is an excellent runner, I believe he went to state in Track this year. #32 is actually #8 in the Varsity roster, Justin Hall. I know of talk he has been dealing with alot of sickness since off season. I think the kid has heart still out there trying to compete. Your right REBELRON, I think LC needs to start a feeder program at the Middle school level. They have alot of young talent and like kids like these they are going to be a powerhouse in the future!

Lenoir City's players are young this year. Look for Lombardo,Chadwick,Laswson,Langfield, and Wilson to carry the team.The QB spot is still to be unknown more than likely it will be #10 (Moats) After losing Dutton in the D, look for #84 (Washburn) and #8 (Hall) two big time rookies that made some critical plays to step it up. Dutton's little bro #7 (Devin) is now at the defensive end spot so be sure to watch him make some plays. They have better linemen I believe this year than last, and their WR's are getting better.

Yes, Rebelron David Sweetland is the new defensive coordinator for the Panthers. By the way Brokedown if I make you so mad by cheering on my team, then why don't start your own Loudon post? The panthers are motivated to keep their winning streak alive! I think it is funny to read Redskin fans post about Lenoir City cheating. If we are such cheaters, then why are you recruiting our players? :justwrestle: Sounds a little fishy to me. Whose the stupid one now? GO PANTHERS!!!!!

Best of luck to the Panthers in there upcoming 2003 season. After losing there Head Coach and having players out due to their health, I hope they do really well. Just remember, I WOULD RATHER BE DEAD, THAN BE IN RED! GO LC!

Can someone tell me who to look for in the LC roster to stand out. Rumors have it some players are not in the best condition health wise. How is LC going to match up with the rest of the region this year?
