Since she was a freshman at Whites Creek High School, Shanese Brown led her team every game in points, rebounds, and blocks. She has been playin AAU all summer just to improve her game. Around about this time THE Whites Creek Cobra's are doing there anual ''SHOWTIME''. For those of you who dont know, this is where you lineup with a person of the same position of you from 10 yards out and hit until somebody gives up. Most people would be scared to do this, but for the fact that a Cobra has to be strong if you want to play for Whites Creek you got to bring your ''A'' game. This could work for your football teams. IT could seperate the men from the boys. Then you wouldnt have weak spots on your team. SHOWTIME

We're almost there. After a heartbreakin loss in last years High School Playoff's, Whites Creek looks to take their region by far. With the leadership of Senior QB Donald Westmoreland, Senior RB Antonio Davis I personally think that we should see more of Whites Creek in the playoffs this year. Due to a late decision of schools Sophomore RB/WR Corey Walden decided to stay at Whites Creek. This was truly a guy that I think could get them back to the championship. Most people underestimate him because his 5'8" 1/2, 150 pounds. Most people dont know that he runs a 4.4. You cant hit what you cant catch, and you cant catch him. To wrap it up look for Whites Creek to have a strong season, upsets, and to show people the true meaning of a Whites Creek Cobra.

To me Corey Walden is the most underated freshman in Davidson County. Leading his team to the playoffs after his 10 rushing TD's and 9 receiving Whites Creek rode him all the way to the playoffs. After a second round loss to Hunterslane in the semifinals 21-28, Corey Walden scored all 3 touchdowns pulled in 123 rushing yards off 19 attempts. But with no help from any other sources on the team, Whites Creek fell short. In the end Corey Walden closed off the season with 654 rushing and 347 receiving. That to me is clearly a true freshman.
