  1. Well...Well..I played my grasscutter and peewee football at karns and i think all the D-B folks are just upset becuase their kids didnt want it bad enough. I mean karns might have made the playoffs once in school history and they havent had a winning season since like the 70's. Congrats to Karns. I think if D-B makes it passed the 2nd round in the playoffs they oghta consider temselves very lucky the way they played last night.
  2. buddy you kill me big cornett a g-p practice hard? lol thats so funny we probably ran more in a day than you have your whole life well i know for a fact more than you have this season cuz on film you definitely arent in shape all you do when you come off the ball is stand straight up and look around thank god for the left side of the line and rosenthal cuz you wouldnt have beaten chucky doak without them..hahhaaaa
  3. yup its gonna come down to the fat boys this makes two years i dont get to play against the big dress wearing highlanders or kilt or whatever you wanna call em but pigeon forge has the better team in my opinion and its not just cuz i play for them but g-p o-line is lookin weak especially the right side
  4. baddawg we are region 1-3a and backinblak good luck i watched seymour whip sevier co. the other night and they both looked sorry to me so i luck forward to week6
  5. backinblack we are watching out for north this year there is now way seymour can win the region and g-p put down rutledge 35-6 in the scrimmage earlier this season its still early but seymour is haveing alota and i mean alot of trouble moveing the ball in their scrimmages but good luck north
  6. OK thats why pigeon forge is 7th in the strength of schedule pole in 3a football and the rest of the teams above them arent worth the hair on my head except portland who has the #1 i look for the forge to go deep in the playoffs if they come out ready to roll and win those close games.
  7. Falcons are gonna take this one no questions asked. It would be nice to see Franklin pull one out though.
  8. ooltewah big time 28-7 atleast
  9. What is up with william blount i havent heard to much about them i know they have a new coach and i know they better be ready when we have to travel to alcoa the 22nd.what are some thoughts on this battle.
  10. PFHS begins only its 3rd varsity season this year and it seems like people are already overlooking them even though they havent had much to show except there first ever playoff appearance. people just ned to take a look around pigeon forge has more talent comeing back than any team in their conference considering they only lost 4 seniors and they were all easily replaced they have a big physical offensive line to pave the trenches that is up to an average of 272 lbs per man in that front five. They have a big physical kelley washington type reciever in bruce belitz then you have your 4.41 speed demon zach schrandt at the oter reciever slot. then they have a new comer at full back chris owens who was elligable at week 6 of last season who has really came on over the summer who is also accompanied by the grinder at 6' 230 lbs at full back paul breighner and then u have a haus of a tailback who amassed 850 yards on the ground in five games after pigeon forge switched to the I formation. Then pigeon forge had the best rushing defense in their conference last year only giveing up 72 yards on average per game against the run and if u subtract two bad games against gatlinburg pittman and knox. catholic with hey gave up over 200 yards in each of those games the average would be much lower than that. but pigeon forges secondary still remains a concern because they ave up three big completions through the air for an average of 45 yards against cherokee in their scrimmage last friday but the offense showed much improvement in the passing game and the ground game picked up right where they left off.
